Reason I came to Forte Implant Center was because my over denture didn't fit correctly, I had a lot of problems with it, Dr Fitzgerald and Mario the lab technician made the necessary corrections to make it fit properly, including two new crowns that balanced my bite. I have no problem with my over denture since then, I'm very confident with my teeth now. I'm really happy with the staff, I have nothing but good things to say about them.

Today is my first visit to Forte Implant Center, my experience with Dr Fitzgerald was very comfortable. Dr Fitzgerald and his staff were very accommodating. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental services.

My experience from start to finish was extraordinary. I found Dr Fitzgerald after having negative experience with another implant dentist. My experience with Dr Fitzgerald was totally different, from the time I began my full mouth dental implants journey until completion, every one in the office was so supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. My experience with the previous implant dentist was awful. They didn't have an anesthesiologist on site, I ended up passing out after I was rushed out and sent home. At Forte Implant Center there was a dedicated anesthesiologist that oversaw the sedation through the All on 4 procedure, and I was kept comfortable throughout the whole procedure with no ill effects afterwards. I went from having an abundance dental problems to be able to enjoy eating different foods with no pain and enjoying my new smile. Dr Fitzgerald was very good about advising me what my options were and setting realistic expectations and he is always willing to answer any questions I have.

I've seen Dr. Fitzgerald for 10 years, I have received 6 veneers from him. He has done an excellent job he is very kind, patient and trusting. I have seen the hygienist Whitney for years, she has done an excellent job on my cleanings, she is extremely personable. I am extremely satisfied with my veneers, I smile a lot more frequently, I don't have to hide my smiles anymore. I highly recommend Forte Implant Center for all your dental and hygiene needs. Dr Fitzgerald and his staff are wonderful.

I always had a good experience every time i went to Dr Fitzgerald, I know him for more than 6 years, he is a very good dentist and a very good person, he is very organized person, his office is very nice and clean and comfortable, it's a very high class office. I had dental implants and 2 partials done at Forte Implant Center, never had a problem with the implants. The office manager Laura is a wonderful person, she always took care of me, anytime I need anything I call her, she is a very good manager. All the staff are good, Mario the lab technician is very good, he is the one who made my partials. I recommend Dr Fitzgerald and his staff to every body.

Dr. Fitzgerald and his team are fabulous! They really take the time to figure out the right treatment for you, as an individual. I have always had a fear of the dentist. Dr Fitzgerald and his staff went above and beyond to ease my nervousness and put my mind at ease, walking me through every step of the way. I can’t say enough great things about this team. They are friendly, personable, attentive, prompt and professional. I would very highly recommend them for anyone looking for a great dental experience!

When making the decision to get full mouth implants, All on Four, Dr. Fitzgerald and his staff were very informative, they explained the procedure and the follow up that was required, and what to expect. They put my mind in peace by allowing me to talk with two patients who had All on 4 with Dr Fitzgerald in the past, they were very satisfied. Dr Fitzgerald answered all my questions, I didn't feel pressured, the cost was all inclusive, there were no hidden fees, everything went as promised, they are true to their word. Just had a dental cleaning, the hygienist Sejal did an excellent job. Dr Fitzgerald placed implants in my mouth many years ago, they are holding up very well, my tissue around the implants are doing very good as well. Dr Fitzgerald is wonderful and I will recommend him to everyone.

The word is already out about your practice, here at Highland Springs, as you know! As for my extra ordinary experience yesterday, being carefully taken home after a bout of vertigo by two beautiful young women from the Fitzgerald Family, unequaled! Or perhaps equaled by Carla, one visit last year, doing some research and learning I no longer had to take antibiotics , which nauseate me, before each visit. Such a blessing. I went to five different dentists to research about different types of dental implants, I felt more comfortable with Dr Fitzgerald, he introduced me to the All on four procedure, he had a fair price. They explained what is going to happen, they asked me if I wanted to do it when Dr Fitzgerald is training other dentists from all over the United States, they gave me a discount, I took the offer, a dozen of dentists watched my surgery live from the observation room. I met several of the dentists before the surgery, it made that day very friendly, they all were very excited for me. The surgery lasted less than 4 hours. All while I was put to sleep. When I woke up, I felt really good, I talked with Dr Fitzgerald and couple dentists, everything was ok, I didn’t have pain, I started to enjoy them from day one. The office manager Laura met my wife and myself twice before we made a decision, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to come 4-5 times for follow ups, everybody was very professional and very friendly, my wife is planning on having single implants with Dr Fitzgerald, I recommend him to anyone who wants dental implants or all on 4
