Thermiva does not cause or spread HPV. HPV or human papilloma virus is spread by skin to skin, oral/genital or genital/genital contact with infected partners. It is the reason we do Pap smears. Other disease states that compromise the immune system make it harder for some patients to clear. 

Make sure you continue to follow closely with your Ob/Gyn to prevent progression of the disease.

You absolutely can have ThermiVa with vaginal mesh. There is good data to support that mesh and ThermiVa is perfectly safe and effective. 

I would make an appointment to see your OB/Gyn. Your urge could be due to an infection. In my experience with ThermiVa, my patients have relief of symptoms for 10 months to a year.  I would investigate other causes of the urge.
