Usually it is possible to correct or at least improve the appearance when one brow is higher than the other after Botox injections. Sometimes it is easiest to lower the highest brow and sometimes we try to raise the lower brow. Even if you decide not to have it fixed, it will usually begin to improve on its own after 6-8 weeks.
