This is unusual. It may be that your face is dryer with the combo hydroquinone and Retin A . Both should improve the appearance of the pores and get rid of old skin and make the skin look better. It may be you are getting ready to shed some of the dead skin layer. I would try and get a chemical peel or SilkPeel or hydrafacial to help slough the old skin. Also do not forget to moisturize every day. this will not counteract the treatment and your skin may be dying for moisture. 

The volume of blood is determined by which system is used to process the prp and the concentration of platelets desired. We use the Emycte system and for microneedling with prp we only need close to 20ml of your blood. In this case we do not use a double spin to separate the prp for the gliding effect of the microneedling. If we were to inject additional prp for fill or collagen production we would likely use 30ml and do a double spin to further concentrate the platelets to approx 4-5 times baseline in order to have any results. 

In any case only about 4 ml of finished prp and ppp (platelet poor plasma)  is used from the 20 ml after processing for microneedling. 

This is a good question about lip filler. If injected in a certain manner filler can elevate the lip somewhat as we see a lot of patients who have an elongated nose to lip distance. While a procedure to shorten this is best if the filler is injected into the cupids bow and the philtral columns or ridges it can look more elevated. Also some Botox placed in the upper lip ridge can further relax the muscle causing it to elevate..the so called popular lip flip. 

From your pictures this looks like cold sores or a herpetic virus. It also may be bruising. But if you have blisters or fluid filled pustules it is likely viral. This is common in lip injections and can be avoided in persons susceptible by pre treating with anti virals. I would make sure you see a physican for an opinion in person and maybe have a trial of anti viral meds. Good luck.  

Although it is possible to increase the size of your lips close to the presented pictures it would take several syringes of filler and it should be done gradually and not all at once. Overfilling lips in one session can cause extreme pressure on the skin and vessels and even occluded circulation. A syringe of filler is designed to give a natural enhancement in the lips and not a complete change. I would start with one syringe and wait a month or so to increase if this is the look your truly desire. Look for someone that does a lot of lips and ask to see pictures.
