THE DOCTOR- I am very thankful and appreciative to Dr Kyle Acosta for the great experience and results of my eyelid surgery. Before my surgery, I had droopy lids and fat pockets under my eyes from aging. It looked terrible.... and what he did was absolutely BEAUTIFUL work! He is -specialty trained- in this area and has 30 years of experience in the eyes...I did plenty of research and saw 3 other doctors before choosing him.. He specializes in ONLY THE EYES.. and he is AMAZING at what he does! After my research, I felt confident and knew I was in the best hands possible. He was also recommended highly by an Opthalmologist many years ago when I had inquired. Dr. Kyle Acosta is highly educated, experienced, and professional, and I am so happy I chose him to do my procedure.. MY PAIN LEVEL- I was extremely surprised to realize I had absolutely ZERO PAIN after surgery. I was given something in the event I had pain, but did not have a need to take those... I took a Tylenol twice, and for no reason.. just for the heck of it... because I HAD NO PAIN AT ALL... THE STAFF- was courteous, polite and friendly, and treated me well... I never waited very long at any time I was there.. Even though I asked a lot of questions, I was always treated kindly and questions were answered honestly.. The doctor and office staff was sure to contact me several times at home after surgery to check on me and answer any questions I may have had.. THE ANESTHESIOLOGISTS-was very careful to not cause any pain whatsoever, even in sticking me... I literally felt zero pain...Her lovng care helped to make my experience great! PRICING- In comparision with other doctors doing this procedure, he was VERY REASONABLE and FAIR... Many thanks to you, Dr Acosta and staff.. I will recommend you highly to everyone I meet … I love my results!!!!

In May 2017 I had the joy of being a patient of Dr. Kyle Acosta. From start to finish this was a most professional and rewarding experience. When I came to Dr. Acosta I had severe problems with seeing due to my droopy eyelids. As well I had asymmetrical eyes. I am so delighted with the results! My eyes are symmetrical and the lift is perfect and appears completely natural. Not to mention I look younger. I cannot say enough about Dr. Acosta. His constant persistence to ensure that I understood each procedure step by step was exceptional. Dr. Acosta offered many alternatives and different options and most importantly, listened to my requests for specific results. He was consistently pleasant, considerate and professional and thoroughly explained the process of the operation we decided upon prior to surgery. The hospital where the procedure was performed was excellent. First impressions are so important; therefore I was pleased with my experience with the Doctor’s Office workers as I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Furthermore I found the office to be efficient and proficient with all details of the billing and all details regarding the business of my procedure. I will recommend Dr. Acosta to all my friends and family and will gladly answer any and all questions about the procedure I received. I am 75 years old.

This review will be short, I wrote one prior to this but the page refreshed on it's own and I had to start over. Anyways, I've had under eye bags since FOREVER, it's safe to say I was born with them, lol. I finally chose a doctor, which was Dr. Acosta. I was actually referred to him by another physician and I had seen pictures of his work prior to visiting him and I was pleased. I had blepharoplasty lower eyelids- bilateral surgery done on both eyes. I had it done on March 24,2014. Before the procedure I met with Dr. Acosta and the anesthesiologist and they assured me everything would run smooth and I'd be pleased with the results. I woke up from the surgery to the anesthesiologist telling me about the fat popping right on out as soon as he made the incision and that I looked great. I went to the restroom and saw that they lied about me looking great to make me feel better, lol. I didn't have a problem with bruising or swelling, I thought it would be worst, but most of it was down within 2 1/2 weeks, notice I said MOST. I went and visited Dr. Acosta on week two and he assured me that I still had a few weeks to go before I'd see the full results. Honestly, I saw results in week two, even though I was still swollen. I met again with Dr. Acosta on week 5, he assured it would just get better. I was startled because I already loved the results. Ok, I said this review would be short but I lied.. long story short. I LOVE MY RESULTS. I am now more confident than ever.

I have not had a procedure done yet, but I hear Dr. Acosta is the "eye doctor" in the New Orleans area. I only had 1 consultation with him but I liked him. I have blepharospasms,meige, and cervical torticollis which I see a neurologist for. I get Botox injections from my neurologist. but am ready to have my eyes done. has any one out there with blepharospasms had surgery and what was your experience? would love to know.
