You can use any shampoo to wash your hair as usual one month after hair transplant surgery. No need to worry any harm to the grafts implanted.

You need to return to the clinic and inspected by the doctor who do hair transplant in you. No one here actually see your current condition. If infection is suspected or confirmed, oral antibiotics may be needed.

In your age, topical minoxidil solution and oral monasteries are recommended. Most of the time, they can stop your hair continuing thinning and miniaturizing. Hair transplant is not treatment of choice in your age.

Topical anesthesia cream is irritant to certain kind of skin condition, especially in the very dry skin condition. I recommend you may try to apply hyaluronic acid gel or your own face cream before topical anesthesia cream. Most of the time, the irritant condition will be less.

There are some possibilities of this condition. Delayed punch wound healing, over harvesting or shock loss , etc. All you have to do is returning to your doctor and regular follow-up there.
