I had a bulbous tip and deviated septum. I didn’t even see any other surgeons because I knew he was the only one I wanted to go to. He’s a master. The absolute best at doing noses. He is straight forward and will only recommend what he thinks is best. From start to finish the experience was pleasant. He was available on call when I called and answered my concerns. Even his bedside manner immediately after surgery was great. He checked on me and told me everything went well. If you’re thinking of getting your nose done only go to Dr Moyer. Trust me. I had a few aquaintances that have gone to him and every result looks beautifully done. Thanks for saving my face, Doc!
Wonderful doctor and staff. Dr. Moyer explains everything in a way that is completely easy to understand. He is very calming and reassuring. He answers all of your questions, no problem. If he is unavailable, his very knowledgeable nurses will answer questions for you as well. His recommendation of what implant size I should get was spot on and fits my body perfectly and naturally. Very clean incisions that are sure to heal beautifully. Overall a great experience with great results!
After being pregnant or nursing for five years I had sad, deflated 34B breasts I underwent a BA in 2002 and had McGhan saline high profile implants placed under the muscle. 350cc overfilled on one side to correct asymmetry. Over the years I've noticed small changes in the implants (size difference, one is now sitting higher and more inward). Now it seems more noticeable in certain clothes and definetly without clothes. I decided with the age of the implants and the changes I should consult a plastic surgeon. After so much research on BA revisions, saline vs silicone, and even more research on plastic surgeons I choose Dr. Moyer because of his experience and he's a board certified plastic surgeon. I scheduled my consult and met with Dr. Moyer. I was diagnosed with grade III capsular contracture and I was advised to be proactive and have my saline implants replaced. If I wait until the inevitable rupture then the pocket will immediately shrink and revision will be more in depth causing recovery to be more than if I act now. So I'm scheduled for implant exchange (saline HP 350/375cc to silicone Mentor MPP 400cc+) on 5/25/16. I'm excited to see and feel the difference without the scar tissue and new silicone implants. Wish me luck ladies!!! Updated on 24 May 2016: Finally surgery day is here. Funny I'm not nervous - just EXCITED!! Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings. Will try to post tomorrow with pics, but might be later this week. Updated on 26 May 2016: Everything went great yesterday. I arrived at 7:30AM went back to surgery an hour or so later and was home by 1PM. Couldn't have asked for a better staff. Everyone from the wonderful Wanda at the front desk, my pre/post op Nurse Kristin (so patient and super thorough), anesthesiologist Dr. Zollinger (who made me oh so calm with a nice glass of "wine" before drifting off to sleep), all of the OR staff and of course Dr. Moyer for giving me my NEW GIRLS! I can't thank them enough. Today is my first post op day and I feel great. Just a tad sore from the capsulectomy and probably the slightly bigger incisions and implant size. Yes, I forgot to mention - I got the 450cc I was hoping for. :)
