Dr. Jacobs is absolutely wonderful! Her thoroughness and attention to detail is impeccable. I loved that she took the time to educate me on every service she recommended to me. The results I achieved through her care are tremendous! My Skin has never looked as healthy as it does now.

Ooh La La spa is awesome! I love it that everyone knows my name when I walk in. They go above and beyond to make sure your visit is pleasant and comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable about the procedures and the products. Dr. Jacobs is great! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have had a hydra facial, Botox, and juviderm, and I am totally thrilled with the results of all! I also use tns serum, ha5, retinol, moisturizer, even up, and many more, and let me tell ya my face is so smooth and supple! I’m always excited to see what I’m going to try next! Dr Jacobs, Taylor allison, Nicole, and the rest of the staff are so friendly and helpful, (AWESOME)! I highly recommend ooh la la to anyone, you won’t be disappointed!!!

I've been going to Dr. Jacobs for about 3 years and have always been very satisfied with the interaction with her and the folks that work with her. I don't really want to look drastically different, just refreshed, which is exactly what she gives me. I appreciate being able to tell her what my concerns are and she makes suggestions to address those concerns; and even discusses the options from a budgetary perspective. Dr. Jacobs likes what she does and wants to help others feel good about themselves. I have moved out of state but continue to make trips back to Illinois just because I trust her. I'm very concerned with looking overdone and Dr. Jacobs is very in tune to that. I've used other dr.s in the past for botox injections and initially went to Dr. Jacobs because it was closer to where I lived. After one visit I was hooked by her, and her enthusiasm for looking good and feeling good. Now she's 500 miles away from me and it's worth the effort to come back to see her for my treatments.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for over six years and have had the opportunity to use almost all of the services offered at the spa. From the injectables, to the weight-loss program, and even to the facials, I have been happy with every service that I have received here. Dr. Jacobs truly cares about patients. She always takes the time to evaluate and talk to me before we do any new procedure. The staff is also very kind and helpful. I am so fortunate to have this spa right here in Glen Carbon.

I have been going to Dr. Kristen for several years and my experience has been very gratifying. She is very easy to talk to, and another girlfriend you can add to your list. I have had several treatments at Ooh La La and each yielded the desired results. My favorite treatment is the dermaplane and lazer genesis. My skin has not looked this great since I was in my 20's. The spa atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is very caring and professional. I wish I could hang out there everyday and just sit.

For years I have had a positive experience at Ooh Lala Spa. Dr. Jacobs is the best! You can trust her for natural-looking results for lip injections and Botox. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I always feel well taken care of as soon as I walk through the door. Dr. Jacobs and her staff will make the experience as painless as possible. I have been to many different doctors in the area and she is by far the most trustworthy to ensure great looking results. The spa will have you feeling relaxed and at ease. Dr. Jacobs is a joke. Went in for my first experience with Botox. 1 week later both eyelids fell and hang over my eyelashes. I called her office on a Friday panicked and stressed by how horrible I now looked. The soonest they could get me in was the following Tuesday. Dr. Jacobs took no responsibility in what happened to me even going as far to point out that it could be the product of the manufacturer. After 20-30 minutes of listening to excuses and no offer of solution I got up to leave as Dr. Jacobs then started screaming and cursing at me that she “works her ass off”. Startled and emotionally devastated I told here there was no need to scream and curse at me, she then followed up sarcastically with “oh I work my but off”. Can she be any less professional. Yes she can! She has her malpractice insurance company harassing and threatening me daily. I can post the emails. Also I did follow up with 2 doctors to correct the horrendous look of my eyes. Was told my both that she injected me incorrectly and because of this they can do nothing for me until what she did starts to wear off. Please don’t fall for her false interest in you as a patient... as a side note on my first visit she also talked about some of her patients to me ( violation of HIPPA) and her current and past employees. This should have been my red flag to run!!!!!
