Adjusting the back of a veneer is usually done for the purpose of adjusting the bite, so that it can actually increase stability and the longevity of the veneer. It is something that is commonly done and does not diminish the durability of the veneer.

Resin bonds to dentin the same way ceramic veneers do - not very well. So there is no benefit of adding composite resin into the mix. Get the graft and then the veneers. If you really want to skip the graft, then on the 6 lower teeth, get ceramic crowns that cover the recession, instead of veneers.

Baby teeth are normally lost before you are 18, therefore, it would be wise to be evaluated by an orthdontist before you explore any other treatment.

Before you proceed, please let's understand what a "Hollywood smile" is: teeth that are youthful, bright, and in harmony. That being said, no one's natural teeth are 0M2 or 0M1, so the conversation you're having isn't really about actually matching your lower teeth; you should also be matching your top premolars and you haven't mentioned them. Instead of playing a guessing game with the shade matching, why don't you ask for a custom shade to be done at the lab. This is where the ceramist who makes your veneers will evaluate the color of your other teeth and attempt to match them. Otherwise, if your 6 veneers are too bright, they will look fake, other people will notice them as fake, there will be no harmony, and they will appear thicker/bulkier than they really are.

It usually takes around 6-8 months for a "dead tooth" to manifest into an abscess. Possibly the nerves of the teeth were dead prior to the veneers being done. More likely is that the nerves of the teeth died as a result of the veneers being done. Depending on how your teeth were postitioned or colored, they may have required aggresive reduction to accommodate the veneers - that reduction can cause the nerves to die. If that is the case, then that risk should have been discussed prior to treatment. As far as advice, once the root canals are done, the teeth will be weakened - it may possibly be better to remove the veneers and replace them with crowns.
