HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I’m usually not one to review, however in this case I have to share about the hugely positive experience I had with all of the women at Aspire. I don’t think I’ve had such a positive experience in the medical world. These women are extremely caring, disarming and professional. Genuinely liking their work, which lovingly comes across. Dr Miteff’s knowledge and understanding is admirable. She was sensitive to my needs and together we made a decision on the best outcome for my capsulectomy. I was almost surprised in myself at the level of trust I had for her (which may sound strange but I think that many of us have been tainted in some way or another by the reputation of plastic surgeons). Right from the initial phone call, first consult then through to surgery and after care, Dr Miteff and the staff at Aspire Plastic Surgery have been fantastic. Dr Miteff explains the process in easy to understand terms, and answers questions honestly and openly. Before surgery she made me feel confident and relaxed about the procedure. I was in a lot less pain and discomfort than I thought I would be and I really appreciated the follow up care after the surgery. The staff at Aspire Plastic Surgery are all so very friendly and caring, I actually look forward to my appointments so I can catch up with them! I wouldn't go anywhere else, Dr Miteff is an absolute artist and I'm absolutely thrilled with my results.

I had breast implant removal, lift, and fat transfer for tuberous breasts. Diagnosed at 18. Original implants at 20. Replaced at 30. I'm now 43. My experience with Kirstin has been amazing. I have seen about 8 surgeons over 6 years for their advice and opinions and Kirstin was the stand out surgeon. My procedure was not straightforward but I was clear I wanted implant removal and an attractive outcome. Kirstin offered several options, I experienced autonomy and respect throughout without judgment, there was empathy and honesty. It was empowering and exciting to have an all female team see me and operate on me. I have never felt safer and in more capable hands and the result is better than I imagined both health wise and aesthetically. I am very happy. Kirstin is clearly passionate about her work, authentic and highly skilled. Her team are very warm, generous, compassionate and helpful. This is the first time I feel authentically "me" in my body. I cannot recommend Kirstin and her team highly enough. I am so glad I finally found what I was looking for.

Dr. Miteff is an expert in her field. She will do a very thorough history of your medical background, and spend plenty of time answering your questions. She is very compassionate and easy to talk to AND... her staff are absolutely wonderful. They really care about our concerns.

Kirstin was very professional, thoughtful and thorough. The results are amazing. I asked for smaller breasts than prior to cancer and Kirstin delivered the most perfect set of healthy breasts possible. Using all of my own tissue from my back means there are no implant drawbacks.
