For years I had been dieting and exercising but I could not get rid of my muffin top, back fat, and upper arm fat. After CoolSculpting the fat melted away and I was finally happy with the way I looked. I was able to get into a bikini, felt more athletic without my belly fat to work around and generally had more confidence.
I have always been a gym rat and healthy eater, but i have always struggled with the back side of my legs getting toned. I required a total of two applicators; one under each butt cheek. Having cool sculpting done was a booster to remove the fat that i needed to get the results i have always stirved to gain.
I have seen amazing results in just 6 weeks! I have always been thin and athletic, but unable to tone my inner thigh area. Cool sculpting seemed to be the answer and I was actually shocked when it worked for me! I was worried about it hurting, and there was some pulling when they applied the applicators, but the pain was very tolerable. I also was worried about the pain afterwards but it was minimal.
I had lost a bit of weight after having my daughter, but it just wasn't coming off everywhere I thought it would. Exercise and diet were only taking me so far. I did both the inner and outer thighs where I specifically struggle. Each was about 1.5 hours. The procedure was uncomfortable, but not as painful as I worried. And there was no pain after, only slightly itchy for a few weeks. It took some time but a couple months later all of a sudden I realized the shape of my thighs had reduced and changed. so happy with the results and I'm planning to go back and do a second round! Updated on 31 Aug 2017: I forgot to mention, I went back and did the inner thighs for a second time about a month ago. I'm excited to see the improvements soon! I paid $2700 total for all 6 treatments so far.
If I understand your question correctly, you are having a reaction from Retin-A. This is fairly normal especially if you have sensitive skin. I would suggest only using the Retin-A every other day or even just twice a week until you build up a tolerance to it.
We have found that a great way to reduce discomfort and swelling is to use ice packs. It will not affect the results but it will make the healing time much more comfortable and tolerable.
