Your Botox has not completely kicked in all the way at 4 days so expect more effect over the next few days. The Spock look will probably still remain but can be easily fixed with a few more units over each eye. A lifted brow is a much better scenario than a heavy brow which you have to wait out. Your injector was smart to leave you a little high. Definitely contact the office and see if they can lower you after 7-10 days have passed.
