So last year I finally decided to go with All on 4 to replace my teeth. I have had TMJ since my early 20s and multiple dentist told me it would take 50K to cap all my teeth to fix it. I just didn't have the money in my youth for that and the dentists back then told me they couldn't guarantee that the work would even last given the way I would grind my teeth.
