So last year I finally decided to go with All on 4 to replace my teeth. I have had TMJ since my early 20s and multiple dentist told me it would take 50K to cap all my teeth to fix it. I just didn't have the money in my youth for that and the dentists back then told me they couldn't guarantee that the work would even last given the way I would grind my teeth. I kind of made a conscious choice to just wait till they needed replaced and hoped that technology would improve to replace my teeth. I found Dr. Attar online and like that they list an all inclusive price right on their website. I had an initial consultation and they were extremely low key. Yes they do offer two version of the All on 4: A milled bar acrylic option and a zirconia upgrade. There was no pressure on their part as to which I should chose. They showed me both options and I chose the zirconia because I was concerned about my tooth grinding. I opted to go with them because they are only a 3 hour drive from my house and because they warrentee the work as long as you have twice yearly cleanings with them. The surgery went extremely well and I woke up with the temporary acrylics already in. It took a few weeks for my gums to heal but once they did I had no trouble eating anything I want. After about 9 months I got my permanent zirconia implant and they are extremely nice. It's been almost a full year and I have no issues at all with grinding my teeth. The only thing I might change would be to not opt for the zirconia. I do really love the smooth feel and look of the zirconia over my temporary teeth but I also had no issue with the acrylic temporaries either. With the zirconia you do get the option to decide how the teeth look as they are custom designed but I think the acrylics were good looking too. Either way I chew better than I was with my real teeth. Theoretically the zirconia should last longer but either choice is much better than I had before.

On my second trip down from Alaska, I had all my surgery done under general anesthesia, woke up to a full set of All on 4 in my mouth, the procedure was painless. I should note that the temporary set of fixed teeth fitted like a glove, I had them until my gum healed and they were able to take a final impression. Now I completed my final trip to K1 implant choice to get my final bridges installed, they fit perfectly they are beautiful, I can't imagine them better than that. K1 Implant Choice was the right choice for me and I highly recommend them to everyone.
