DO NOT GO HERE FOR IMPLANTS!! KERRY VOIT AND HIS TEAM ARE LIARS!! I was told that I was a perfect candidate and that if I went with them I would get my permanent smile in 2 weeks. NOTHING BUT LIES!! I HAD CHEAP BAD FITTING TEMPS THAT REQUIRED ME TO COME EVERY 2 WEEKS TO HAVE CLEANED AND TIGHTENED. Then after 12 weeks NOT 2 they put in poorly fitting permanent bridges in that had large gaps in the back that let in a lot of food. It is uncomfortable to eat even painful at times

I went to D5 in Glenview Illinois because they advertised a special for a single implant for $3295.00 compared to the estimates I was getting from places like Clear Choice and Eon Clinics for a single tooth of $6000.00. My situation is my #10 tooth was a crown that broke. Half the post was still imbedded and the supporting tooth had cracked off.
