Dr. Stein and his staff made me feel confident in their skill from the initial consultation all the way through the follow up. They also were very kind and available throughout the whole process whenever I needed anything. I felt at ease through the whole procedure. The results far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. After seeing my results a few of my friends (who at the time were not looking to have any work done) are now scheduling consultations with Dr. Stein. Will definitely go back in the future if I decide to have anything else done.
Not on a great surgeon but most importantly to me a marvelous artist. Not only does he make you feel comfortable and guides you through your concerns... his detail to the work is amazing. I have had multiple surgeries from him and have to say, I am pleased with the result. Since I have had other procedures with Dr. Stein, I knew I could speak freely with my concerns. I have been desiring this surgery for years, but have seen others work that was frightening. Always uncomfortable, I felt I had a perpetual camel toe. He reshaped it and made it look clean and dare to say... pretty. I feel confident and no longer "bulky". I highly recommend him.
BBL is all about sculpting! Dr Stein did a great job sculpting me a new body. Good bye muffin top sagging arms and thighs.. I have a flat stomach, no love handles and a rounded butt! I'm 5 weeks post op and I can see a difference every week. If u go in for a consultation, ask a millions questions. He will as see them all. I spent almost an hr with him and Harriet. I had to make sure that I wanted to trust them with my body and my life. They explained everything for pre op, the procedure and what I should expect when I went home. Following up with him and following home procedures are important to your healing process. I didn't know that I could take arnica to help with bruising until Harriet told me, or that as my nerve feeling started coming back my body would itch and tingle to which they told me to take a Benadryl. Get your massages. Eat better because your body doesn't know where the fat is!
had my booty done/brazilian butt lift they call it ,NOT BUTT SHOTS, which is not safe or legal anyway but this is my own safe fat, my butt looks pretty sexy I really like it a lot, but I was wanting a Nicki Minage butt. NO WAY !!! you don’t have enough fat Dr. Stein told me. Dr. Stein told me to gain weight to get the look I wanted so I gained some weight and went back after three months, fatter to get it done, I was going to go to Atlanta where my friend went but I am glad I stayed with Doc Stein my friend looks ok but I sure look way way way better, I think Doc is great, did a great job. I do hair ladies and my clients have had surgery and come back happy I sent them to Dr. Stein. Go for it……
I had my procedure done on the morning of April 17. Dr Stein and all of his staff are so pleasant and made any anxiety I felt go away. I felt great immediately after surgery. Just a little groggy. By the next morning I didn't even need the Norco anymore, just ibuprofen. I would describe my experience as discomfort not so much pain. However, by the 3rd day, I did take the Norco again when I felt I needed it because I started to experience significant pain and swelling in my left leg. I thought I developed a clot in my leg. I had Dr Stein paged on Easter night and he called me back quickly. Dr Stein felt it was cellulitis (an infection). I will be seeing him for my 1 week follow up tomorrow. Infection and complications are a risk with any surgery so I hope I can update in the next week or so saying my complication cleared up. As far as aesthetics, I love the way my legs look. They still look like my legs but fuller and more defined. He did a great job. I can't wait until the swelling goes down so that I can see the final result. Updated on 17 Jul 2014: I can see a small scab where he injected in each leg. On each leg, it is in the crease behind my knee, but right in the corner towards my inner knee. It's tiny and I HIGHLY doubt it'll be noticeable once it's healed. I didn't have any fat to the ankles. If you are unsure, get different opinions. I found the surgeons that I went to that did not specialize in fat grafting were definitely more leaning toward an implant. However, if you find a doctor that specializes in body sculpting and fat grafting, I would go that option. Reabsorption of fat is always a risk, but for me I was more willing to take that risk than rejection, dislocation, and scarring. My doctor said I should keep about 60-70 percent of the fat he injected so he overcompensated for that and injected more. Updated on 17 Jul 2014: I did look into calf implants. I chose not to go with implants for several reasons: it was significantly more expensive, recovery is significantly longer and more painful, risk of complications (rejection, dislocation), and scarring (I don't need everyone knowing I had calf enhancement. It's been a week since I had the procedure and my calves look great. I'm still dealing with the cellulitis in my left leg but I'm on antibiotics and it's slowly resolving. Other than that, my other leg and the areas I had fat transferred from just feel a little sore. If it weren't for my left leg, I'd say recovery was a BREEZE! I had people at my house on Easter Sunday and had the procedure the Thursday prior. No one even knew I had anything done. Of course, I had pants on because of the bruising, but what I love is that my legs don't look like someone else's. They look like my legs, but fuller. I don't know how much was injected into each calf but I'll ask at my 1 month followup. He only injected into the medial aspect because that's where I needed help. Doctor did take before pics and he will take after pics at my next appointment, so I'll post them then.

Got BBL arms, full back, abdomen, and inner thighs done May 2016. My stomach did not go down all the way because of this stomach muscle that was expanded during my pregnancies x3 so i went back to the same doctor and he did me a tummy tuck on January 10, 2017. I am posting pics from both procedures. Updated on 14 Jan 2017: I had a bbl first in May 2016 and a Tummy Tuck recently January 2017.... more pics to come Updated on 16 Jan 2017: No pain from removal Updated on 16 Jan 2017: 6 days post op. Still VERY swollen. Updated on 16 Jan 2017: Office Info Updated on 26 Jan 2017: I am just a swelled girl. I am still swollen 2 weeks out and I'm annoyed but it's normal. Here's a picture of my scar at 2 weeks. My incision is a bit thicker because I had him remove a tattoo that was above the vagina and under the belly button. Updated on 9 Apr 2017: Updated on 18 May 2017: Not sure if I'm gaining weight or enough wasn't taken. Updated on 25 Jul 2017: Dramatic changes. Never got a follow up for pictures. I am still bulgy. I have love handles. I can see my old belly button lol. I was told I can come back for more lipo but knows if I'll get it all out after already going 2xs. I'm just all around annoyed. Oh and I always thought in the back of my mind I was rushed... and then when I look at the reviews on here, ppl said the same. :( Updated on 25 Jul 2017: I absolutely still have to walk around holding my stomach in. I still have a BULGE and what's even worse is I have LOVE HANDLES ???????? that I didn't have before. 1st I had lipo/bbl 2016. I looked a little bit good but I was told I'll need a tummy tuck. Okay I got that 2017. Now I'm noticing not enough fat was taken and also the left side of my waist has a huge love handle and the right not so much. Can you image how I look with clothes removed? :/ See Pics However, my friends went to a doctor 1 time no tummy tuck and look like they had 1. Also their stomachs were larger than mine. ??????????? Yes I was told to come back but why 3xssssssssss. :( I also had 1 post op visit for the tummy tuck. NEVER GOT CALLED AGAIN TO TAKE FOLLOWUP PICTURES. EVER! In addition, I always had in the back of my head he rushed both procedures. When I actually read through his reviews on here, everyone says the same thing. He's so freaking nice though, but does what he wants not what you asked for. Also you can see where my old belly button was because it was pierced. I am pointing to it on the pics.
Heyyyy Went to Dr. Kenneth Stein in Chicago and love my results, wish I was a bigger with more projection but maybe once I get this tummy tuck next month in Miami My butt will look much bigger. Yes not going to Dr. Stein because he cost LoL... WISH ME LUCK.. I will post pictures of my tummy tuck soon as I can.
If a hyaluronic acid product was used then you can get a full correction by injecting small amounts of Ultrase or another hyaluronic acid antagonist. This should be injected in small amounts and works very rapidly and effectively.
Your implants do appear to be bottoming out. You need some type of acellular support to stabilize the position. My preference is Galaflex because it has the least chance of recurrent laxity and the best chance of giving you a stable result
Sometimes liposuction does need to be done after a tummy tuck, but every effort should be made to do appropriate liposuction during the tummy tuck. There are enough perforating vessels that should not be damaged with liposuction to get very effective contouring during the combined procedure.
There is a myth that has been propagated that implants (mainly breast) need to be replaced every ten years. Buttock implants do not need to be replaced unless they are infected, displaced, or causing discomfort.
You should definitely have them all done at the same time. If you need a tummy tuck and want fat harvested, you will have sagging skin if you only do the lipo. You will have good quality fat from your abdomen, midriff and flanks that can give you the best appearance of your buttocks possible. You will also have a flat belly. That is a great combination without unduly increasing any risk.
