I've been wanting this for the past four years or so! I'm 26 years old and was previously a size C34. I got 525 cc silicone implants sub-muscular. Currently 8 days post-op and loving them so far! I have been a patient of Dr. Tjelmeland since 2008 and in all he has performed four surgeries for me, all with exceptional results! Recently Dr. Tjelmeland performed a mid face and neck lift with a modified under eye lift. I appreciate the attention to detail and professionalism that all the staff at Meridian Surgery Center gave me! I trust Dr. Tjelmeland completely! His OR staff are wonderful and made me feel so relaxed and even happy on my surgery day. Cindy, the Physicians Asssistant was also available for me throughout the process and truly cares. Updated on 29 Mar 2021: Neck lift, face lift, under eye lift and fat transfer. This is not really a painful procedure. The discomfort is mostly from the incisions around the ears. Swelling takes a lot of time to resolve, but at day 20 the under eye bruises have resolved a lot. I wore the compression garment 24/7 for the first two weeks and continue to wear it now when I am at home. The compression garment is a cotton headband you can buy at the drug store. It really works to prevent swelling of the cheeks and support under the chin where most of the swelling is located.

My results from Dr. Tjelmeland have been nearly unbelievable! I am 55 and after my procedure, I am back in a bikini! My three kids cannot believe the transformation. Honestly, it exceeds what I hoped could be accomplished. Dr. Tjelmeland is conservative and creates natural outcomes. I completely trust in him and his staff. (Don't underestimate the added power of superior staff!)

Everyone is so nice, Dr. Tjelmeland’s Physicians assistant Cindy is so helpful. The nurse is in the surgery area treated me like a queen. My motivation to do my face, eyes and brows was to look younger. And it worked! Dr. Tjelmeland did such a wonderful job I look younger but still like myself. The day of surgery went smooth. I wasn't in any pain when I woke up and I actually didn't experience any pain during my recovery, just some slight discomfort. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed of my recovery and had no complications. I have gotten several compliments already from people wanting to know what I am doing to look so great at 64!
