Recently underwent hair transplant at dermaclinix Indore with Dr Kavish and his team. It was a great experience. Team explained every stage and the reason it is carried out. Utmost attention was paid to my comfort throughout the procedure, be it arranging blanket or playing soothing music. All this helped me stay calm and comfortable during the procedure. In all a trustworthy team which I will recommend to everyone looking for a hair transplant. You will not be disappointed.

For the procedure 4000 Follicular units were used with tarriff of $1 per graft.

I got my hair transplant done by Dr KAVISH CHOUHAN at DERMACLINIX on April 2019. My hairline always bothered me as it was a bit high and people at times shamed me saying you are getting bald.

I searched a lot and then zeroed on Dr Kavish Chouhan at DermaClinix. 15 days past, I am very satisfied and hoping best results. The doctor is genuinely best and the team is so caring

I'm happy to share my hair transplant surgery progress, Now, Its been past around 15 days and I can say that the progress until now is more than I expected. It proves that dr kavish chouhan did a great job.

It's now 14 days I did hair transplantation from Dr. Kavish. If my review makes a difference here then let me start from the beginning:
Consultation:
His confidence might be the first impression and the answers to my few myths were so convincing that I must give 5/5 stars for the consultation.

Pre-procedure counselling:
It was absolutely comprehensive and we didn't miss a single instruction from his team members. I was asked to wear buttoned or zipped top so that later I could undress myself without dragging my top through the transplanted area. I was explained about all medicines I had to take before the procedure and the best part I appreciate was the ALLERGY TEST that was done prior the procedure.

During the procedure:
Dr. Kavish was very much concerned about my comfort. He asked me more than 20 times whether I was comfortable or not and the ambiance was sooo good that I always smiled and said YES I AM COMFORTABLE. To be honest, you will feel a little pricking pain during the time when Doctor gives you local anesthesia around your forehead, but Doctor & team are so wise in this part, they tried to distract me during the injection. Well, the initial pain for me was 6/10 if I say 10 is unbearable and later during the procedure it was around 2/10.
Multiple breaks, juice during the breaks, music in the OT, tireless effort from the team, etc, Dr. Kavish has left no stone unturned for your comfort, safety & assurance.

Post-Operative care:
He explained me very well about the care for next 48 hours. I was not supposed to sleep lying on my chest. Spraying some water they provide in the interval of every two hours. I had a flight very next day so he issued me a FIT TO FLY. I finished my procedure on March 24th, 2019 and on 26th I had a business meeting. Since I had no social issues so I could easily attend my meetings but if you think you don't want people know about your hair transplantation then I suggest you not to keep any such social events for next 4/5 days.
After 3 days I had my first head wash in recipient area. After my was I could see hairs sprouting out & that was a million dollar feeling. :)
14th day:
I have full head of short hair & now I am no more bald. Density of hair in the front matches with density backside, no pain is there, no signs of hair transplantation in the front but a little sign is visible in the donor area, which I was told, will fade-out in few days, amazing hair line.

I had great hair when I was young I started loosing them during my graduation. At the time of post graduation I lost them further they were thin and I had male Pattern Baldness. As I was Planning to get married to my long girlfriend we wanted everything to be Perfect including our looks. Terrible From Beginning To End. WORST after care (which is extremely important in hair transplant procedures). They would respond to my inquiries after many days and weeks of my messages. AVOID AT ALL COST.

I booked my HT with DermaClinix a year ago. In the beginning the person responding to my texts was really nice and we negotiated the price. Everything seemed fine at that moment. I arrived in Delhi and on the day of treatment I was told that Dr. Kavish will NOT be performing the operation. They said I will have to pay up to $300 more if I want him to do the surgery. I was furious. They lied to me on the phone and when I arrived there they told me something else.

After an hour of negotiation they decided to charge me $200 more and Dr. Would perform part of the surgery.

The surgery was done and Dr. Chouhan may have only spent 30mins on removing the hair follicles from my beard and he left the rest to his juniors who had very little experience. After the surgery I went there the next day to get the meds.

Up on my return to my home country, I tried contacting DermaClinix for additional meds and for recommendation on a couple of my prescriptions which I could not find in my home country. They did not give a damn. They never told me what I should do. Any responds they sent was trivial and after days and weeks of my messages.

Please note that after care for hair transplant (up to one year after the initial operation) is EXTREMELY important. If you do not know what to use and how to treat certain issues after transplant procedure (scalp itching, redness, increased dandruff, hair loss...) you will end up possibly doing the wrong thing and will lose all of the transplanted hair.

One year on and out of the 4000 hair follicles, I may have about 1500 left on my scalp. Had it not been for their poor after care, I am certain I would have had most of my transplanted hair by now.
