Dr. Huang is excellent. She is upbeat and very positive, but she is also very honest and sets realistic expectations. She worked with my strange adhesive allergy very compassionately, took all my concerns and anxieties seriously, and really made me feel seen and understood. She patiently addressed all my questions. She accurately explained what I would experience after surgery both immediately and long-term -- positive and negative. There were no surprises at all. Her office guided me through everything I needed for my insurance and worked with the insurance company, even though they are out-of-network and do not take my insurance directly. Everything I was told was accurate, medically, aesthetically, and bureaucratically. I had my surgery 1.5 years ago, and I remain thrilled with the results, even after losing 20 pounds post-surgery. Should have done it years ago! I am an "older patient" - 59 at time of surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Huang!

I had huge breasts for years, making me not only incredibly self conscious but also plaguing me with back pain, skin problems, and the inability to find a bra that wasn’t too small leading me to be in almost constant discomfort. When I had my consultation with Dr. Huang about a breast reduction she was very informative about the procedure and showed me results of her other patients close to my size. She was confident that a breast reduction could really help me and that confidence encouraged me to go for it! And I’m so glad I did. Surgery is always a little scary but I knew I was in good hands and it ended up being a very smooth process. I was given a packet of what to expect for the healing process and what I should do at certain points and the whole thing ended up being very accurate and helpful which led to me now, six months later, having beautiful naturally shaped breasts that are way more proportional to my body and cause me no discomfort! I’m very happy with Dr. Huang’s work and highly recommend going to her if you’re in need of a reduction.

My experience with Dr. Haung was AMAZING! From her front desk staff, nurses, patient care coordinator, surgical center staff, and of course Dr. Haung. The staff was always friendly , helpful, and compassionate.

I had breast augmentation in 2000 and wanted them removed over 5 years ago. I was nervous about the procedures, cost, and of course results. I had multiple consults over the years but was not comfortable with prior consults/physicians. Dr. Haung put my concerns to ease with her professionalism, knowledge, and attentiveness. She educated me on different options and NEVER pressured me. I decided to have my breast implants removed and get a breast lift. I am more than happy with the results. Honestly, I didn't think I could have these results. She is amazing!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Haung and her clinic. She is a very talented and experienced surgeon. She cares about her patients and spends time with them before, during , and after surgery! I will not go anywhere else!

Dr. Huang and her medical staff were the best team I have encountered!! They went above and beyond to deliver me exceptional treatment and care. Her bedside manner was warm, welcoming, and professional. All of my concerns were respected and addressed. Dr. Huang walked me through every step clearly and made everything understandable.

I was skeptical about having such an invasive procedure at a surgery center vs a hospital, but her facility proved clean and safe! As a Friday surgery, Dr. Huang went out of her way to check on me throughout the weekend to ensure I was doing well; and answered any questions my husband and I had.

Based on my end result, I can ensure others that Dr. Huang is passionate about what she does and cares deeply about her patients. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Huang and her staff!!

Saying Dr. Huang is amazing is an understatement! She really helped me walk through the process of my procedure and made it super seamless! She explains everything and has answers to all questions. She’s empathetic and wants to help you feel better about yourself. She completely transformed my breast to be more proportional and they are amazing!

First and foremost I trust Dr. Huang. I've been going to her every three to four months for about four years for botox in my forehead area. I have never had any bruising, and I bruise easily. She's never tried to sell me on anything I don't need or didn't ask for. The office staff are very pleasant and I've never had to wait very long. Convenient location and plenty of parking. I like seeing Dr. Huang, she's upbeat, honest, conservative and seems to understand my refusal to move quietly into old age.

Of COURSE I'm sure botox in my forehead is worth it! I have not idea how I missed that check-off. Real sel, you need to let people be able to change SOME things? It's 2018, software engineers can easily make adjustments. Think about it?

I had an Abdominoplasty performed by Dr. Kathy Huang of The Plastic Surgery Institute of Washington in Bethesda, Md. Dr. Huang was recommended by my internist, who plans a procedure for herself. Not knowing exactly what to look for other than reputation and my comfort level, I took great solace in my doctor’s recommendation. Dr. Huang was professional, friendly and provided great details concerning the surgery, along with pictures. The surgery went as expected and she was at the hospital early the next morning to approve my release. Each follow-up visit to her office was timely and the entire staff was warm and courteous. When a family emergency occurred shortly after my surgery, Dr. Huang willingly worked with me on the need to modify my aftercare program. The entire experience was a great one. I love my new look and Dr. Huang created a killer new belly-button. I highly recommend her for a great experience.

Fantastic experience with Dr. Huang! I had breast augmentation surgery a year ago, I have had three children and nursed them all so I was in need of some help. Dr. Huang listened to everything I said and although she thought I could go larger and still appear very natural she did exactly what I wanted. The office staff was incredibly friendly, every appointment started on time if not early I always felt extremely comfortable. Surgery went exactly as Dr. Huang described as did recovery and she even personally called to check in on me! Would absolutely recommend Dr. Huang!

I had an amazing expierance with Dr. Haung. She was friendly, down to earth, and listened to what i was really looking to get out of my breast augmentation. Dr. Huang called me personally later that afternoon the day I had surgery to check and see how I was doing. What an excellent expierance and doctor!

Diagnosed with Stage 0 Breast Cancer earlier this year, I elected to have a Bilateral Breast Reduction at the same time as the Lumpectomy. My Sibley Hospital Johns Hopkins Breast Surgeon recommended Dr Kathy Huang to operate simultaneously with her. Because the breast was going to be reduced, my surgeon was able to take a wider margin than normal for the Lumpectomy, and unfortunately, another cancer, this one Stage 1, was found in the material removed. Nevertheless, Dr Huang did a fantastic job, reducing unwieldy 42DDDs to neat, perky 38Cs. She opted to leave the unaffected breast 10% smaller than the cancer breast because after Radiation, the cancer breast would shrink, and that way they will be the same size, which is perfect. Dr Huang is a no-nonsense perfectionist, who simply gets it done. I would recommend that anyone with large breasts who is faced with the devastating diagnoses of Breast Cancer have a reduction at the same time. It is hard to consider all your options when you are told you have cancer, but this is an opportune time to have the reduction if you'd ever considered it before. First of all, insurance is likely to cover it as the Lumpectomy breast will be smaller after the procedure, and no one wants that lopsided look, and secondly, I am convinced that the second cancer may not have been found if I hadn't had the reduction. Probably not the case for everyone, but I feel very lucky. I couldn't be happier with my surgery or my surgeon, and would recommend Dr Kathy Huang to anyone needing this procedure. Not enough praise is made for the reduction surgery, vs the enhancement surgery, but I cannot tell you how pleased I am that I had it done!
