I’m Hispanic and I received a laser treatment that created tons of dark melasma to develop over my face. She admitted fault but refused to help correct her mistake. My once pretty face is scarred. I’m heart broken.

After I hit age 50, I started to notice changes in my face that I didn't like. After much research, I made an appointment with Greenspringaesthetics.com located in Tucson, Arizona. I discovered them through Groupon and chose them because of their many positive reviews and decades of experience. (I did not purchase a Groupon). I went in for a consultation with Dr. Kathleen Nichols and she was wonderful. Very thoughtful and thorough and answered all my questions. I went in thinking I was I just going to get Juvederm but she gave me a consult that included both Juvederm and Botox. A few months later, after more research, I decided to get the Botox first and see if that did what I wanted. It definitely made a difference and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nichols. The med spa is beautiful (they have three locations, I have been to two), the staff is wonderful, and Dr. Nichols is fantastic. I highly recommend her and Greenspring for all your med spa needs. I will be going back for Juvederm. I also had a consult for an IPL facial (which I later had) and cool sculpting for under my chin, which I decided against at this time due to cost ($2,700 for two treatments). They have wonderful monthly specials to get deals on both dr. and staff prices, (dr.'s prices are higher). You can earn points and get discounts on future treatments by joining Alle at no cost, and a I got a $25 referral credit for referring a friend who went to Dr. Cadoux, the founder and owner, for her Juvederm injections. Wonderful experience with Dr Nichols at Greenspring Oasis. She used Juvederm Volbella for the delicate area below the eye and the tear trough. It really made a difference. I wold absolutely recommend her for these touch ups.

From the second I walked in the "perfect" experience began. Denise was amazing, friendly, professional and helpful as I attempted to make firm decisions on what services I wanted. I already knew I was in the right place. And then Dr. Nichols walked in - her confidence, professionalism, sense of humor, style of teaching the patient, her patience and passion is unmatched. And I haven't even gotten to her talent yet. I've had botox and fillers in at least four other states we've been stationed in and I can tell you, that Dr. Nichols was hands down the most knowledgeable, passionate and best stick with a needle I've ever seen. My results are not only beautiful, they are EXACTLY AND MORE - then what I have ever had, result wise and I look natural. (I HAD FILLERS AND BOTOX) By trade, I'm an ER nurse but in all seriousness, Dr. Nichols is not only the BEST at her craft - she is someone I would love to work beside. Her knowledge is off the rack!! Thank you so much Dr. Nichols and Denise - for making me beautiful, for being so passionate about what you love and for sharing all that talent and skill with people like me. I'll be seeing ya'll again. And again, and again........ AWESOME!
