I am just over 5' 7" and range in weight from 140-160 lb, my stage weight is actually closer to 130 lb but that is very temporary. I am so nervous about picking the right size because I have had 3 consults with different PSs, and each has recommended something entirely different. 1. Natrelle, soft touch, low-plus profile, 340/300 cc, under 2. Natrelle, cohesive, extra-full profile, 285 cc, under 3. Natrelle, soft touch, full profile, 365/345 cc, under I want my implants to look pretty natural. My main priorities are looking feminine in my workout clothes and bathing suits, while maintaining an athletic and BALANCED physique. I am really scared to go too small and feel like I wasted money and pain on something that wasn't worth it. Or go too big and feel top heavy and out of proportion or non-atheletic. I only wear sports bras Updated on 14 Jan 2022: It has been a big week! My surgery was originally scheduled for January 27th, but they called and offered me a spot on January 19th, and I took it!!! This weekend I will be gathering all the things on my list for surgery & recovery. Today, 5 days out from surgery, I started taking a supplement called HealFast that contains a bunch of vitamins and probiotics to help set my body up for the best possible recovery. I made sure to have my surgeon review the product and approve the use prior to taking it, of course. I also finalized my payments and picked up round 1 of meds today! I won't be able to pick up the controlled substance pain meds until the day before surgery. oh, and... I AM SO NERVOUS (and exceited) I CANNOT SLEEP! Not much new to share. I have not had a BM yet, so I’m definitely keeping an eye on that. Yesterday evening (24 hours post surgery) I was pretty uncomfortable. Today has been ok, I feel like I can tell the pain/discomfort is getting better, but I’m still very uncomfortable. Most of my pain is in my sternum area. My boobs look very odd, trying not to look at them, honestly. But when I have, they look rather large… hoping that is just the swelling and long term, they aren’t really as big and heavy as they feel right now. Definitely have had a few moments of what the heck have I done… why did I do this… I was just fine without boobs… but I think all those feelings will pass (or at least come and go) as I get through the recovery process, I’m in less pain, and they stay to be more normal. I slept ok, but my neck was a little stiff from a weird sleeping position. Then, I was feeling ok so I decided to try to transition to tylenol instead of percocet. Unfortunately I ended up getting an absolutely horrible headache (may have been a migraine, not sure what constitutes the difference) but nonetheless, it is the only day that I have cried from the discomfort/pain. The headache has been the worst part of my entire recovery so far. I was slightly concerned it was due to the percocet, or lack thereof, so I didn't want to take it again and have to go through the headache again, so I continued with just tylenol and ended up finding that staggered dosing of tylenol and ibuprofen has worked well for pain management and also for getting my digestion back up and running - as with everything, please be sure to run all meds by your surgeon. No BM still, so I had 2 cups of smooth move tea to try to help move things along. Day 4 was ok. I probably over did it a little bit on day 4 - I was very swollen and tight by the evening. It was a good reminder that even though I was feeling slightly better, I had to keep laying low and take things slowly. Had my first BM!!! Day 5 has been good. Today has most definitely been the best day so far. For all the reviews that I read saying recovery was a breeze… LOL. It has not been that way for me. I am not saying it has been the worst thing ever, but it has by no means been "a breeze". There have been many times that I have wondered if I will ever feel "normal" again. But my friends that have been through this reassure me that I will. The first time I have seen the potential that eventually I might feel like myself again. I am not saying everything is back to normal or that I am moving normally, because I am not, I am still doing things very slowly, and cannot do some things that requiring pulling or pushing, or lifting. No more “pain” just discomfort of tightness and pulling. Range of motion is still not 100% especially for things over head like washing my hair. I’m ready to feel normal again. Going from being SOOOOO fit & active to sedentary recovery has been very hard. I was not ready for the reality of recovery. Keeping faith knowing that many people have gone through this and have been able to resume all their normal things. Updated on 16 Feb 2022: Feeling so much better by the day! I can’t finally say the pain/discomfort is nearly in the past. I also finally can think “I’m going to love this” instead of “what have I done, is this worth it” The other thing I will say, I was really scared of “high profile” because I thought it was going to equate to super fake or mean girls mom tits (the movie).
