I've had IPL for years, tried all kinds of different lasers for my melasma and dark spots and nothing has ever worked. In fact sometimes they even made it worse. Cutera Pico Genesis in only 2 treatments made my skin the most clear and vibrant it's ever been. My melasma has been never been clearer!! It was more expensive than all the other laser treatments but I would definitely recommend it to friends because of the results.

On March 13, 2012 I went to have Ulthreapy. Ulthreapy is suppose to lifts and tone sagging skin on your face/neck. According to their brochure you should see results within 2-3 months. On May 29, 2012 (2 1/2 months after Ulthreapy), I don't see any improvement in my skin from the Ulthreapy procedure. At this time they now said, "Results will be in 4-6 months" they now changed the results date! After 4 months of having Ulthreapy still no results. I explained to the Dr. that I paid for a service and didn't get ANY results as promised from them. Dr.Tesmer said, I promise you will see result in 6 months. Now we are past the 6 month mark and once again I meet with the Dr. Her only solution is repeating this procedure and "Charging the customer again"! They took "before" pictures and I asked them to take "after" pictures to compare the pictures side-by-side. The Dr. said, she is not good with the computer. The Dr. just kept stringing me along. I was trying to resolve this matter privately, hoping they would have done the right thing, sadly they didn't. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and reported it on Yelp. They never even responded to the complaint, that is how much they care! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I saved up for a low facelift and look Amazing!
