Dr Kanit not only met my expectations but surpassed them. I zeroed in on him and honestly was skeptical because he seemed unknown in the states and his results seemed too good to be true. I finally decided when a friend of mine from Europe went there and raves about her experience too. I literally showed him a series of pictures and asked him if he could do it and he was like ya no big deal. And he proved it! The man is an artist. My friend and I have been trying to get another trans friend to chose him just because we liked him so much. I would trust him again to do my SRS if I hypothetically woke up with a penis again. Got forbid! Lol.

I made the choice to do this for me. I have always taken care of everyone else first. I work out, but recently suffered a major injury that will continue to bother me the rest of my life. I spent 6 months without really be able to move, resulting in reduced confidence and mild depression. My children are all adults now. I am so glad I had my husband's support. I got this surgery during a global pandemic, in a foreign country. Nerve racking to be sure.
Pre-surgery I was a USA size 4 (having gained weight from my injury, previously a size 0-2) With 34DD breasts. I kept having to tuck them, I hated bathing suits. I had gained 75lbs (34KG) with one of my kids and 60lbs (27.2KG) with another one, so I had extra skin.
Dr Kanit suggested an "anchor lift with implant" for the breasts. He put in "Mentor Smooth 350 CC High Profile Gel" implants "UNDER the muscle".
He did a tummy tuck, and thigh Lipo.
I stayed 3 days in the hospital, he removed the drains on day 3. 7 days post op he took out the stitches at his clinic, with the exception of the ones under my breasts, as they needed more time to heal. His staffed messaged me everyday, asking for photos. I was able to get the stitches under my breasts out 14 days post op. It took about a month post op to stand up straight.
6 weeks post op I had some "spitting stitches" and the doctor looked at them and removed them for me.
My concerns were that the breast were so large right after the surgery (Yikes) But they are about the same size as before now, they just look way better.
I had a concern about my allergies, the medical adhesive causes me an allergy, so I had to stope taping my belly button as my skin was looking very bad.
I had concern about the hard spots near the bottom of my anchor incision. Mostly these have been disappearing over time (18 weeks post op tomorrow).
My belly button gave me stress, it looks good now. The "ugly white bubble belly button" eventually looked cute, I asked the doctor about it and he said it would be wonderful.
I was stressed about the breasts healing different from each other, but that is the nature of having surgery on breasts. I was worried about the dropping, the "square shape" and nipple scars.
Dr Kanit is a very nice man and an excellent surgeon. He speaks English, some of his staff does not, but they still take care of you. I have serious life threatening drug allergies, and I have anxiety with all medical procedures. He put my mind at ease, and the surgery went by quickly.
So far so good. I will update more at 6 months and again at a year.

Maxi Clinic has the great service, everything was very smooth and all staffs are very accommodating and especially Doctor Kanit amazing Doctor. I will surely comeback and book another appointment with you.

I had the surgery on the 30 th of May 2019 using the technique of scrotal skin graft and I am currently 5 months and I am loving the results so far.The experience with Dr.Kanit and MAXi team was great. I went to do Sex change surgery in Bangkok, as you all know sex change surgery in Thailand is the most popular overseas destination for patients seeking sex-reassignment surgery, and the cost is much cheaper also, the result is there so I decided to change my life in Bangkok.

This is not a first time for me in Bangkok, one of my Thai friend recommended me to this doctor therefore my friend’s mother went to performed facelift with him and super love the actual outcome result, so from there I started to booked my flight and everything.

So my first day in Bangkok I went to meet dr.kanit and started our consultation, actually I already did talk to them but I just want to double check about which type of sex change surgery is suitable for me.

Ended up I choose to do by scrotal graft technique, I can’t remember much about the procedure cause I were sleeping all the time just knew that everything went smoothly well nothing to worry.

My partner and me are truly really love the result not only appearance but overall realistic like he said after 3 months I will be able to make love with my partner, is super long and suffering hahahaha.

And when that day came omg I don't know this is call orgasm or not but the feeling is super good, so I went to asked my transgender friends they all say yeah that’s call orgasm lol

My partner said is damn real with the feeling and everything I love dr.kanit and his team who has made my dream came true, I wanted to be female for so many years can say half of my life. In addition, must thanks to my lovely partner who went through all [RS bleep] with me.

To be frank I a bit scared about the dilator I find it quite painful for my first few times and I don’t dare to insert it into my neovagina, so I asked my partner to do it and yes, he is super adorable he helps me do it and pass through everything with me even he was damn scared of blood like mad.But now everything is pretty fine already I kind of used to the dilator already.

And all those wounds and scars are healing pretty well too, Dr. Kant is a such a professional the scars totally can’t even notice.
Honestly, at first I was very nervous and scared due to, Dr. Kanit he doesn’t have much review on realself or any website just only Facebook but I also trust that if he can perform such an excellent work for my friend’s mother's face so I think sex change surgery shouldn’t be a problem for him and I’m right lucky I trust my instinct.

It’s kind of scary but after this my vagina will slowly getting better, as i mention earlier on the doctor said must wait around 3 months, therefore the healing processing.

Yeah finally 3 months after surgery!!
Everything are perfectly fine, i super love the result and i’ve tried already hahaha
My partner lovesss it !
Doctor said the scar will fade away eventually, but it’s doesn’t bother me.

I was having sagging face problem due to my age, I am 60 years old, and so I decided to do full facelift in Thailand with Dr.Kanit Wittayavanichai.
Therefore, my wife she is Thai so her friend went to do facelift with this doctor and the result is excellent so she mentioned this doctor to us.
My wife was showing me his works and I kind of surprised of his performance, and the reason why we came across to Dr. Kanit is his specific technique that he use, which is almost invisible scars.
So we went to his clinic to consult about the procedures of full facelift surgery, Dr.Kanit has a good sense of humor, and he is able to communicate in English.
My operation was performed at Phayathai2 hospital and stayed there for 1 night.
Everything went pretty well, and my wife very happy with the outcome result she said as if she just got a new husband.

Actually I though i might be taking a couple of months or more than that to recover but nah!
after 24 hours of operation I am able to wash my hair and take a shower too!!
He siad is because of his technique. I am posting this because of my wife want the realself members to experience with an amazing surgeon who will not botching you or let you down.
Hope this will help for those members out there who want to do facelift surgery but still can’t decide which surgeon is the best I would suggest keeping Dr.Kanit in your mind!

I'm not worry about anything but my wife she is the one that seems nervous and scared hahaha
but lucky that dr.kanit's team always company my wife and encourage her to not worry about me.

This was one day after the surgery everything went well and pretty great.

Doctor kanit came to check on us and took out the drains and bandage.

he also said i can take a shower and wash my hair but can't go swim or diving that's all.

Everything went pretty fine and this was the day i went to remove the stitches, doctor said my wound and scar are perfect but i still have the bruise a little bit but is fine for me.
Also he said the wound and scar will slowly getting better which is will fade away after sometime.

This was 15 days after my main surgery, my wife truly appreciate the actual outcome result.
If you take a look at the pictures the scar are perfect and unnoticed such an amazing job !
Btw full facelift doesn’t help for forehead wrinkled, this problem must be fix by Botox but i’m super happy with this result already.
If anybody need more detail or want to know more about the procedure i willing to share with you guys through my excellent experience.

Dear realself members, Today I about to share my surgeries experience in Thailand.

I had Tummy Tuck, Vaser liposuction, Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift I choose to do everything at once because I didn’t want to keep doing it again and again.

Ok let’s start guys! I just turn 31 years old only and this was my best present ever.

Last June I decided to look into a tummy tuck due to, I have one little baby he is cute and adorable but after the pregnancy my body started to bully me with all those sagging breast, too much fat, huge tummy, waist, genitalia and buttocks.

I choose Dr.Kanit Wittayavanichai MD, a board-certified plastic surgeon at Maxi cosmetic surgery in Thailand to perform my surgery this time.

For a traditional tummy tuck like I had, the scar will be from hip to hip and Dr.Kanit was performed his best to ensure that the scar is hidden under the bikini line.

Oh ya he asked me to brought along my fav bikini therefore to hide scar line under the bikini.

In order to get the best results, he recommenced me to use Vaser liposuction to help them reshape and contour the area. However, liposuction is a separate procedure from the tummy tuck.

Both procedures claim to make my stomach appear flatter, tighter, and smaller which is this is what I was waiting for.

The procedure will remove fat deposits from the targeted area, reducing bulges and improving contour. However, liposuction isn’t recommended as a weight loss tool. You shouldn’t get liposuction if you’re obese.

Honestly I kinda shock about the result, due to when I used to have a huge belly and is damn heavy and uncomtable but now is super light and much flatter omg I super-duper love the actual appearance. And the scar is placed under the bikini line as we agreed. Finally, I can get rid of it hahahaha
And I did Vaser Liposuction in order to take out some part of my excess fat.

I also did Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift too! After I tried several sizes of silicone finally Dr.Kanit said 375 CC should be the right option for me, not too big not too small and his technique no massage needed!

And yeah I think Dr.Kanit has a sharp eyed now I felt like I just turn to 20 years old only, and yeah my nipples is not pointing downward already. I can’t remember how am I look like with my previous breast hahaha

I love the way how he and his team performed and how he takes care, everything went perfectly great he is such a professional, and after the operation he was showing me about the fat part that he took of omg it’s a lot, I don’t know I can show picture here or not but I asked my husband to took picture as well If you guys want to see some discussing things please let me know.

You all might be wondering what is an incision cut in the middle of my boobs. This is a T-incision technique for breast lift, so the T technique can create better 3D shaping and can result in smoother, improved scarring.

When time change my face starting to change too due to my age, so I decided to do Full facelift at 53 years old cause I think I finally have to do something with my face already.

it’s such an amazing week in Thailand. I extremely pleased and truly happy with my new face now.
So this was my HIGH SMAS Full Facelift surgery in Bangkok, at first I a bit scared honestly but after I met and get to know everybody that working with Dr.Kanit i felt so comfortable and less worrying. Lucky me!

Lastly I just want to tell everybody that nobody can tell you which surgeon is the best, I would like to recommend to look at them all and contacting the one that seems like the best fit and make you feel the most comfortable.

This was the first day after operation, was taken immediately after I woke up.
As I mention this was after 24 hours of this incision, so you can see from the photo the incision is closed with sutures and staples, and also I still have a drain placed under the skin behind my ears for one day in order to remove those excess blood and fluids.

10 days after my surgery, this is beyond my expectations, and an equal number felt that 10 or more years had been added to my youthful appearance, felt like I just reached 40 hahaha.

I am Asian as you all know, I’m quite small size girl that’s why my boobs are small too...
Before I decided to do breast augmentation I always felt bad about my boobs, and always wanted to do boobs job for a long time and yeah now I’m finally ready for BA!!!!

I did research for quite some time but I still don’t know which surgeon I should go to, until I met my friends and have some talk about surgery in Thailand. After that night I specific searched about breast augmentation surgery in Thailand until I saw this Dr. Kanit, he is the owner of Maxi cosmetic surgery clinic and also director of aesthetic plastic surgery center at PhayaThai 2 hospital, medical instructor for faculty of medicine students at Thammasart University too! (I don’t know this university but they said this is well known and number 2 of Thailand university)

So I went to searched his back ground and all those review and yeah I think this is gonna be a good sign for me, cause the price there I can save almost 20 -60% lol. So I text them and book my appointment in order to get surgery date.

After the consultation.

this doctor is quite funny and adorable, his English is not bad tho and they have customer service which is we don’t have language barrier problem to concern, he asked about my weight and height and measure the size of my boobs due to, how big I can get and is end up with 400 cc. he said if bigger than this it’s not gonna be natural so I trusted him even I want it to be bigger hahahaha

So for his technique that we were talking about is to place the silicone at submuscular, recording from him. He said submuscular is better for long term period due to, the overall result will be more realistic and won’t sagging after some time moreover, for his technique doesn’t have to massage at the boobs at all this is reason why I decided to do with him.

And yeah my operation was at Phayathai2 hospital, I was nervous and scared but kinda excited at the same time, the surgery was one hour, and everything went pretty well but honestly is kinda pain but not that pain like everybody said. I was inside Hospital for 1 day and hang around in Bangkok for 1 week, im able to go out and shopping all but only I can’t carry all those heavy stuff. But it’s fine this is the reason why we have boyfriend for hahahaha.

Before we flew back the driver from MAXi cosmetic surgery clinic came to picked us from hotel to go for follow up and stitches off with Dr. Kanit, everything is pretty fine and perfect after we done all the procedures their driver drove us to airport as well, how sweet!

So I really satisfy with his work is beyond my expectation, is such an amazing experience I always wanted to have bigger boobs and yes he has made my dream came true, big hug and thank you Dr. Kanit for such a flawless work.
For me is really worth it I really absolutely love the appearance result!!!
I already knew that Dr.Kanit is great at scar less, almost cannot recognize.

I never wanted to leave a review since I thought what’s the point but currently looking for another surgeon to fix the job and I realise how important it is for others to see what is possible.
After I paid I got treated very badly, no care, got kicked out of the hospital early and was told if I had more treatments then I could have stayed longer (even though the paperwork I signed the day of stated 3 days instead of the 1 I got. I got an infection that dr Kanit saw and spoke about to the nurses in Thai in front of me but never mentioned it or said how I could test it, didn’t see if for the 3 days I had the compression on. The company I booked with was late at every appointment, before hand and I saw the lady once after to take photos, they also mixed my flights home up so I had my stitches taken out way to early resulting in a massive scar. I had a lift which I wanted an anchor cut and dr Kanit assured me he could get good results just by cutting around the areole and reducing the size of the areole at the same time, this didn’t work and they still sit low, the thick scar means my areole looks as big as it did before. I get sharp pains in my right breast all day long and a numbness to the skin. I had an ultrasound to find out the issue and was told that my implant is folded in on itself because the pocket isn’t big enough. I sent and email to the company telling them how disappointed I was in the service and the reply was I can’t believe you feel that way when I gave you such a big discount (this wasn’t the case, I paid the same as the next person and Trina even tried to get more money out of me saying I needed more areas of lipo done).
I also contacted the surgeon direct and they kept telling me to wait 12 months since it takes that long to heal, I’m still having pain, one implant sits higher than the other and with the drop on tissue the look is far from great. They are now saying they will redo it again but it will cost me.
