Neck skin can be evaluated on to levels. First skin quality, which is texture and tone. Treatment for improving quality includes radio frequency microneedling, or Chemical peels. From the angle of the photo, it appears that the skin is contracted down on the cartilage or deficiency in the nasal cartilage on the left side of the tip. 

It’s hard to say how this happened without a through history and exam.

but a simple and non-surgical option for treatment is to inject filler into the area, if there is a scar then it must be released first and then filled. Otherwise you will need a possible graft during a surgical rhinoplasty procedure

Yes that simulation looks realistic and possible to deliver if done by a facial cosmetic Surgeon who routinely does rhinoplasty  procedures. Nasal esthetic  augmentation surgery is by far the most challenging of all cosmetic surgery procedures.

 Depending on what exactly is done during the procedure expected initial recovery time is 2 to 4 weeks long-term recovery and final results should be expected six months to one year

So Neck banding is caused by a couple of anatomical changes, mostly by the Platysma muscle which is a superficial thin muscle of the neck. Early agging process causes the muscle to have laxity and hang down from the neck. Secondly, skin elasticity changes caused the underlying muscle to show more as well. 

Several Solutions for rejuvenation of the neck and bans for you include...

1. Botox for the muscle, and radiofrequency skin tightening 

2. Surgical Platysmaplasty, and minimal submental skin removal

3. Surgical platysmaplasty and J Plasma or radiofrequency skin tightening

From the photos it appears that you have some mild skin laxity, minimal fat tissue. Also mild Platysma banding in the center under the chin. 

A non surgical option is a combination of..

1. Botox for the Platysma muscle Banding

2.  Skin tightening with Radiofrequency technology such as ThermiTight, or Plasma

It’s too early for surgical options for you.
