My breast lift with augmentation was a breeze! My plastic surgeon Dr.Li is a dream he answered all of my concerns i did not feel pressured or rushed in our visit. Kudos to all his staff mainly Karen who I grew very comfortable with. I am a diabetic type 2 and I had no complications.I Received detailed instructions for pre-op and post op care along with necessary medications. Both the clinic and surgery center were immaculate. Whenever i called i was attended to right away! I will be back for more work as now I feel I wanna go bigger lol!! THANK U DR. LI!!!
After being botched by a doctor in 2018, and getting my implants removed shortly after and then getting a lift and having ugly scars and brown from my Areola incision, I decided to give one more shot to Acheive my somewhat perfect boobs. I decided to go with Dr. Li out of Ontario Ca. I'm soooo please so far. He took his time with me in the consultations unlike a lot of doctors and. I'm 24 hours out and I look great. Can't wait to see them healed. Just sore but not really "painful". I'm 5'8 192 lbs. I'm very wide and my Chest is long. Dr recommended 7/800 cc. I went with 7 and happy! Could've done 8 but think 7 is best for my personal choice.
This site was so helpful for me I feel like I have to pay it forward by sharing my experience ! Pain has been tolerable as long as I stay taking medicine regularly . All looks good so far. Anxious for them to start dropping ! They look small right now but once they drop and fluff they will look much better . So far so good ! Updated on 6 Apr 2021: Sorry everyone that my review dates and pics are kind of all over the place because I stayed pretty medicated on pain pills those first few days haha . (I put the dates and details on picture captions though) Now that I'm feeling pretty good I can give more helpful details ! Feeling better every day . I get out of breath pretty easily though. Can finally start laying on my side a little bit . Only taking pain pills at night to sleep easier because I am getting sooo over sleeping flat on my back ! Bruises are in yellow healing looking stage . They look pretty square and bruised in the pics but they are already looking great in clothes ! I'm surprised how fast they are healing . I'll keep updating as I remember important things to add to the post . Updated on 13 Apr 2021: I'm now 13 days post op and feeling good ! I can finally lay almost completely on my side which is exciting. I took pics at 10 days post op because I was absolutely amazed how small my incisions mark looked ! I can't believe how much time I wasted worrying about that scar !! Anyways everything is looking good except they're kind of in an awkward square stage of dropping which is bothering me but I know it will pass and they look great in clothes anyways so it's whatever. Oh and one last thing, I broke out in craaaazy acne all over my neck back and chest for a week and after some googling and such I'm pretty sure it was just from the stress of the whole surgery . It's lasted for like a week now but finally starting to get slightly better . I'll post an update again after my 3 week check up hopefully my pics and experience can help someone! Updated on 3 Jun 2021: Sharing some updates . 26 days post op things were lookin great . Now 2 months post op and the right one has had a couple spots where the stitches got kinda weird idk what happened. I'm not too worried about it though because they still look great in clothes and I'm sure they will continue to heal !
GUYS, I've never wanted something more in my LIFE. I sent my left stuffing bras and eagerly waiting for my boob growth spurt to happen. IT NEVER DID. Unfortunately, the older I got, the SMALLER boobs would get. I fluctuated between a full 32C to suddenly shrinking down to a 32A/B when I turned 23. It honestly was super upsetting, as I don't want to wait anymore! I knew from looking at my boobs that if I ever had kids, I would most likely suffer from "pancake boobs", so I didn't want to wait and find out. I pulled the trigger this year, and found Dr. Li's office as a friend recommended him. The more I looked into his work, the more I absolutely knew he would give me the style of boobs I want. I was always envious of natural, plump breasts, so I made it clear that anything that was too much may not work well for me. I met Dr. Li mid-September, and he showed me my MANY options! After trying on high profile, I knew that it wouldn't give me my desired shape and look. Although high profile looks great on so many women, I have an extremely flat chest wall with my boobs mostly being near my armpits. I didn't want a look where you could SEE the implant. Upon discussion, we decided a wider implant would look better on me to achieve that fullness that I lack towards my chest wall. We at first chose a Moderate 410CC Silicone Gummy Bear Implant from Sientra, and booked my surgical date to September 30th! As my surgical date neared, I became a bit paranoid that the moderate implant may give me a pancake boob look (I'm obviously extremely scared of pancake boobs lol) so I urgently called Tina to see if I could come in to try on implants ONEEEE MORE TIME! And they accommodated me and helped me soooooo SOOOO MUCH!! I was terrified that I was being an annoying patient, but they were SO understanding. After testing the Moderate Plus, we decided to switch to that profile to give me that upper-pole fullness without it being too excessive for my chest wall! Tina also laid out the numbers for me so we could compare centimeters in width and the Moderate Plus made SO MUCH more sense. Another great thing to mention is that Sientra implants are definitely a different shape than other brands, and contain a lot more fullness. The moderate plus in Sientra was WAYYYY different than the others. I appreciated all the clarification and knowledge I got from meeting with Dr. Li and Tina. It has been SUCH a pleasant experience. Today is my operation day! It went SO smoothly, and Dr. Li mapped out my breast incision and placement well. We discussed how one of my breasts sits higher than the other, and how we can navigate around creating the most symmetry we can. He gave me the option of whether we could go with perfectly symmetrical implant placement and assymetrical nipples- OR, slightly asymmetric implant placement with perfect nipples. I decided to go with having perfect nipple placement, because I feel like that would be less noticeable and also more natural. We also went UNDER the muscle and the incision was right at the crease. Although I was nauseated after waking up and the pain has been pretty constant, I LOVE MY BOOBS!!!!!! I think we went with the most perfect fit for me, I can barely even notice the natural asymmetry, and I'm SOOOOO excited for them to drop and settle. Post-op is tomorrow, and I'll keep everyone updated on my healing process for the next few weeks/months!! Updated on 4 Oct 2020: omg i’m healing so well! so thankful and happy that the process has been smooth! i’ve weaned off of my norcos and am taking advil’s now. still taking muscle relaxants just to help with the slight spasms. i also have some bruising on my sternum. another thing i noticed is when i raise my right arm, sometimes i hear a “boob fart” noise LMAOOOO. Kind of like the implant squeaking. it may be an air bubble or something. but other than that, i feel amazing and am so excited to go out and show my new babies off! Updated on 5 Oct 2020: i’m so happy i went with 415 in sis tea - you guys have NO IDEA. they’re beginning to settle and they’re looking more and more natural, but fake at the same time, which is what i want! lmao. i want to keep everyone guessing ! pain is also so much more bearable. i have more movement- just that general tightness is still there from them being under the muscle but the diazepam helps! Updated on 18 Oct 2020: dropping and fluffing guys - i actually am suffering boob greed and wish i went with 450-480 :( but also need to remind myself that my greed isn’t with the size, but more so my natural breast shape. we can only enhance what we have and i don’t have front cleavage boobs. hopefully i’ll see a bit more once they fluff - but for now i do love them. i also love the flexibility i have with tops !! in some they look HUGE- and in others completely natural. ALSO- they feel so soft. i’m so happy i went with gummy bear ! PS - i’m a 30H in bras .... with my current measurements. which is WILD. you definitely wouldn’t have guessed it.
Hi everyone! So to begin I am a very petite girl. I'm about 5'1 1/2 (had to include the 1/2) and fluctuate weight from like 96 lbs - 100 lbs at most. My bra size is around an A cup but as of lately they kind of have been enlarging to a B cup maybe? So my surgery is scheduled for this Friday (06/19/20) at 8 am PST and I am legit freaking out! I'm an anxious person and I keep thinking I chose too big of a size for my body frame. I'm going with 325 CC high profile, silicone, under the muscle, boob crease incision. I went in telling my doctor I DO NOT want big boobs. I just want FULL boobs that fit my frame and get me to a nice C cup. Obviously I tried the sizes and I was debating between 300 cc and 325 and I saw so many people on here saying 25cc aren't that big of a difference and you end up losing a little bit of your CC under the muscle so I decided to go up a taaaad but I keep looking up girls with similar stats to me & their journeys and they all usually go with like 275 and it gets them to a D or DD cup and I'm legit scared af :( I don't want to look dumb!!! Anyone have similar stat journeys to share with me?! I also keep seeing people say their doctor switches their size (to usually something bigger) the day of but I want to ask my doctor to size me down the day of but the office told me they don't keep like spare implants at the operation place?! And if i want to change my size i need to reschedule? Why do so many other girls surgeons seem to keep extras?! Ughhhhh. I'm just so nervous of them being TOO big. Too small I wouldn't even mind but it being too big on my petite frame is what's keeping me up. Updated on 19 Jun 2020: So I’m about 5 hours post op currently and my pain level is about a 4/10. I’ve only take half a norco and have been walking around the living room for the past 25 minutes. I’m able to use the restroom by myself which is a good sign to me! I’m scared that tomorrow my pain will be worse for some reason. I know I said I was nervous about sizing but I looked and they don’t look that big despite the swelling (to me) still have ways to go of course because I’m not even 24 hours post op. Opinions on them? Also my surgeon didn’t put me in a surgical bra after.. is this normal? Should I put it on? Again my implants are 325cc, silicone, high profile, and incision in the breast fold. Prior I was probably an A cup? One boob was slightly smaller than the other but my doctor said it wasn’t a big enough difference to do different CCs. I’ll upload pictures tomorrow at one day post op. Updated on 23 Jun 2020: I’m officially 4 days post op and now feel they look decent enough to post pictures of. Day 0, 1, & 2 were not the prettiest sight of them so I didn’t want to post Now on day 3/4 they’re starting to look less swollen but of course still a long way to go in the dropping process. I can’t wait for them to be closer together and drop in the natural crease to hide the scars. My incisions are smaller than I anticipated which I’m happy about! Overall I’m so happy with my recovery, surgeon, and size! (325 cc, HP, under) By day 2 I was able to do a lot on my own. It was Father’s Day on post op day 2 so I went to visit my dad and of course took it lightly and just sat around. I haven’t been needing many pain meds except when I sleep just to ensure I get a goodnight rest. Today (post op day 4) i was able to shower myself and even wash my own hair! Updated on 24 Jun 2020: Here is some updated pics on day 5. Overall, can’t express how happy I am with everything! Here you can see some before pictures of me.. in all these before I’m not wearing any bras with padding or anything. Something I am a little worried about is that my left boob was slightly smaller than my right prior to my BA but my surgeon said that it wasn’t that big enough of a difference to do different CC’s and keeping the same would even them out more than doing different. So I can’t tell if one looks bigger than the other? Stats: 5’1 1/2 95-100 lbs 325 cc, HP, silicone, under muscle No kids
I'm a 36 year old mother of 2, I nurses both children and was left deflated. I've always wanted large luscious breast and after recently graduating college I decided to treat myself. My bra size was a 34B and now according to Victoria Secret I'm a 34DDD. I decided to get 600cc's, Mentor smooth, high profile implants. On January 2nd I'll be three months post op and so far so good! Updated on 27 Dec 2019: My breast have changed so much in 3 months, hopefully they keep dropping and getting softer Updated on 27 Dec 2019: Latest update Updated on 19 Feb 2020: Well four months have come and gone, it’s been a roller coaster of emotions watching my breast change. I saw my doctor about a month ago and he confirmed that I am getting a little bit of a double bubble :( it’s not as bad as some that I’ve seen so for that I am grateful. Now I’m concerned that I am getting a capsular contracture on my left breast. You can see from the pics that my left breast looks tighter and higher than the right one. My left breast was naturally smaller so I’m no sure if my breasts are simply asymmetrical or developing a capsular contracture? I do however love the way I look in clothes and I love how they look in bras. For the most part I am happy with the outcome. Now only time will tell. Updated on 24 Feb 2020: I want to show how my left breast changes when I Flex my chest muscle. My plastic surgeon said this is pretty normal and it will Always look like this. Any feedback is welcome. Im not sure if I’m over analyzing like most of us tend to do after a surgery such as this one. I don’t want to bad mouth my ps because he really is great, my breast we’re mildly tuberous to begin with so my case was a bit more complicated than most. I’m trying to be patient but my left breast also is starting to feel very tight and I’m starting to get pain. Fingers crossed that as time passes this will improve. Updated on 13 Apr 2020: Updating my progress mostly happy with my results. Updated on 4 Oct 2020: I can’t believe it’s already been 1 year since my breast augmentation. They look and feel more and more natural as time has passed.
I have surgery date for Aug 21st! I am so excited and nervous at the same time! I am 26, 5’4 and weigh about 95lbs. I have two children, whom I nursed! I am getting 430cc ultra high profile silicone under the muscle! Right now I don’t even fill out a 32a cup bra! My boobs are smaller than before I had kids! Nothin but a nipple lol Updated on 18 Sep 2018: I had to reschedule to a sooner date because my grandpa passed away, and his funeral is scheduled for the original surgery day so I wanted to make sure I could attend! Not in a crazy amount of pain right now! Sore, but I’m still pretty numb so I’m sure tomorrow, I’ll be singing a different tune! I was so scared I was going too big but I love the size already and I know with time they are only going to get better! Updated on 18 Sep 2018: Feeling it a lot more today! Still not unbearable but I feel very sore and tight! I’m not a back sleeper so that has been very difficult for me! Trying not to go too long after my pain meds/ muscle relaxers are due because it gets very uncomfortable! My muscles feel very contracted, stiff! But after taking the valume (spelling?) I feel a lot more relaxed! Bruising looks a lot better under my breasts today! I am so in love with my new boobs already! And I know they are only going to look better from here! Updated on 21 Sep 2018: I went to my post op two days ago and he said I am healing great! The bruising is completely gone! Has anyone else’s surgeon recommended NOT wearing a bra? He told me it has nothing to do with results! I’m actually totally okay with it because I put it on once and omg the pain was real! I went to VS today and got a few sports bras, bralettes, and I bought a seamless, wireless T-shirt bra and it is SO comfy! They were having a really good sale so I figured I’d spoil my girls lol they measured me a 32D! She said once I heal and drop I would probably be a 32DD! And just so you ladies know (cause I didn’t) she told me that if I kept my receipt and my boobs got bigger within 90 days that I could exchange for a bigger size! Even though I’ve worn it! Isn’t that awesome!! I didn’t take any pain meds today, I feel great! My fiancé and I even had sex today and it wasn’t painful! I’ll be honest I have been gassy since the surgery and I look like I’m about 3mos prego! Ugh, I wonder when the bloating goes away! I am so happy I didn’t change size (I was second guessing it up until the surgery) and went with the largest the surgeon recommended for me! I love them so much! I feel like a woman, it’s such a great feeling! Updated on 21 Sep 2018: 4 days post op! Looking and feeling good! Updated on 23 Sep 2018: Doctor Li is amazing! He is very professional, makes you feel comfortable, he’s honest, explains the entire process in a way that is easy to understand! I’m so happy I went with him, for my breast augmentation! Over all great experience!! No complaints! His staff is also very welcoming and helpful!
Prior to my consult with dr. Li, I had met with a general surgeon and also another plastic surgeon. Dr. Li was extremely thorough and realistic during the consult. He was warm and informative and also board certified in general surgery and comfortable addressing the hernias as well as the tummy tuck. During the pre op and at the surgical center while prepping me, he was again very reassuring but also very realistic about my possible outcome. My outcome has far exceeded my expectations and dr. Li did an absolutely phenomenal job. Aftercare has been great and the whole experience with both Dr Li and his staff has been well worth it.
Dr. Li is amazing! I cannot say better things about this doctor! He did my BA surgery on 12/14/16 and I was back to work on 12/19/16. He replaced my old saline 475cc under the muscle with new 755cc silicon textured gummy bears! I was also awake for my surgery! His bedside manor is impeccable and his staff is amazing. My mom is having her eye lids done by him in March! I love this man! He made my Boobs happy again!!!
Where do I begin... Dr Li is first-most an amazing human being! He was recommended to me by a friend, who's breasts i really liked. He's a very talented surgeon with exceedingly impressive bedside manners and superior knowledge on breast augmentation. I have been so busy that it's difficult for me to take the time and write a review but he uttermost deserves it. I was a nervous wreck having my breasts redone because I am a worrier by nature, but everything turned out better than I expected and i am VERY pleased with my results. I had my first breast aug in 2005 and now wanted to go bigger, change the Implant shape and switch from saline to silicone. Dr Li spent almost 2 hours with me on 2 separate occasions making sure we mutually understand what my expectations were and what result I was looking for. My first doctor was a very popular doctor in Beverly Hills who has 100's of 5 star reviews on yelp, hundreds of great before and after photos on website and his price isn't THAT much higher than Dr Li's. BUT he didn't explain anything to me, he didn't even notice the things Dr Li did, so that's why I ended up with a size and shape I wasn't fully happy with and needed to get them redone, Dr Li is very smart and skilled,a rare combination, usually talented doctors aren't the best with bedside manner, or they are very friendly yet don't deliver good results, but he literally has it all, flawless!! I highly recommend Dr Li to anyone. Summary: breast implant replacement. Went from 325cc saline to 485 silicone "gummy bear". Also 2nd procedure I will not specify. Both procedures pain level 2/3 out of 10. Very tolerable, speedy and easy recovery, I was back to fully normal in 6 weeks. Back to work in 5 days.My breast look great exactly, the size and shape I wanted. So much happier than with my first doctor. And the second procedure he did in combination turned out even better than I imagined. No complications or problems. I had researched extensively and had at least 4 consults. He's by far the best find!
