Got a septorhinoplasty which involved elevating my tip slightly and my bulbous tip to be narrowed. Kind and professional, and listened to my needs and questions anytime I emailed about them (pre and post rhinoplasty). I highly recommend if you are looking for a nose procedure.

After longing to have my nose done for what feels like forever I sought out Mr Patel after A LOT of research. I am more than pleased with my results, the care and aftercare. This procedure hasn't altered my features too much which was what I wanted but the effect this has had on my own self esteem is immeasurable. Getting rhinoplasty was a huge decision for me, I had been thinking about it for 7+ years and every time I searched for a doctor I would not be motivated to it pursue any further. I stumbled across Dr.Kalpesh Patel by chance one day and immediately knew he’d be the surgeon for me. Being an ENT specialist and renowned in his field he was the best person for job. After my initial consultation I knew his knowledge and skills would give me the best outcome. I wanted a natural, undetectable change and I am super happy with the result. My recovery was super quick, I was able to go back to work after 2 weeks with a a little bit of make up around the eyes, this demonstrates the skill and care Dr.Patel had when performing the surgery. Hands down the best decision I ever made! Wish I had met Dr.Patel sooner.

I had a very good experience with Mr Patel. My primary surgery in 2017 with a lesser qualified/well-known surgeon, had resulted in a few issues: Septal perforation circa 5mm Poly beak deformity Hanging columellar Visible collumellar strut graft Contour abnormality between bone and cartilage Residual bone / uneven bone dorsal area. Residual Deviated septum As the saying goes “once bitten twice shy!” I carried out a lot of due diligence/research, visiting a number of the top surgeons in the Capital. I also tracked down a few previous patients of Mr Patel, and verified they were very happy with their outcomes. I found Mr Patel to be genuine, professional, and friendly. He listened to all questions and answered them accordingly . He most definitely has the best interests of his patients at heart. My surgery , specifically with the closure of the septal perforation, must have been particularly tedious, as he needed to carefully and meticulously separate thin layers of mucosa in order to address the septal perforation. I will always be grateful to Mr Patel for taking the time? and taking on the challenge of correcting this. Aesthetically the nose is much improved over my birth nose, and the primary surgery. Mr Patel has a good fix (in my opinion) on how a male nose differs to a female nose, and will take into account your own features, balancing the nose with your face. My breathing is also much improved. My primary surgery (which had attempted to correct the deviated septum) did not make any improvement to my breathing at all. After my revision with Mr Patel my breathing is better than it has ever been, he straighten the septum, and removed a bone spur and my breathing is as close to perfect as I believe it can be. I have a couple of small issues (not as a result of the surgery or anything Mr Patel did) due to my own anatomy (I have quite thin skin) and the healing process. I am sure that I will chat them through with Mr Patel at the long term follow up appointment, and decide whether anything further should be done. Overall I am very happy that I chose Mr Patel for my revision operation, he has vastly improved my nose both aesthetically and functionally and I would highly recommend him to people with cosmetic and/or functional concerns.

When meeting DR Patel for the first time, I knew he was the surgeon for me. I wanted a very natural, small change to my nose, and that's exactly what I got. I was sent morphed images of the expected out come, which really helped put me at ease, as I was always scared my nose would look too small for my face, but Dr Patel got the proportions spot on. On surgery day, the staff were lovely and very patient with me, as my body does not agree with anaesthesia, they really made that experience for me as comfortable as they could. The recovery was rough, as expected, you can't breathe for a few weeks and there was some pain/discomfort, but nothing out of the ordinary, any questions or worries I had during my recovery were answered by Dr Patel himself very efficiently. I am over 1 month post op, with slight swelling, but loving the results. I didn't need a 'big fix' with my nose, it was going to be a complicated surgery that needed a good eye, but has proved his skill and showed his attention to detail. It is Such positive big difference to me, yet none of my friends have guessed I have had the procedure which is exactly what I wanted. He also will see you post op as much as you want, he cares for his patients which is very refreshing with plastic surgery! I initially had an appointment with Mr Patel for my deviated septum. I was advised to get a septoplasty and decided to get cosmetic surgery at the same time. Mr Patel took care to ensure I was fully aware of the procedure. It has been 8 weeks and I love my nose so far, not only how it looks but my breathing has significantly improved. My nose looks very natural and suits my face so well. I would highly recommend Mr Patel as your surgeon - he has done an excellent job!
