Waters edge dermatology has a caring staff. They helped diagnose my distipical nevi and remove them. They have a great bedside manner and make you feel comfortable even in an uncomfortable setting. I've been going to Dr. Platzer at Waters Edge Dermatology for years and I highly recommend him. The last time I saw him in May I asked him about the Latisse and talked to him about it. They were having a special so I tried it and I love it! It really works. I'm in my fifties and my eyelashes had all but disappeared. Now they're long and full and I feel much younger.

Having been treated by Dr. Platzer previously, I was confident that he would do a great job again. He always makes a point of telling me to return if I feel the need for a little tweaking, which I never need. I also see him for regular skin lesion evaluations and an annual body check to see if there is anything that requires treatment. I will return and would recommend him to others.

This is a wonderful dermatologist office. The Palm Beach Gardens office is very welcoming the moment you step in the doors. This is the kind of office you can usually get an appointment the same week you call. The front staff is helpful and efficient. Also a very clean office. My husband saw Dr. Platzer and was very impressed with his ability to be friendly and professional at the same time. Dr. Platzer is a doctor you can trust and count on. I saw the aesthetician Jonelle. She is very kind and knowledgable about the products and services Waters Edge offers. I was impressed with her. It should be an unwritten law that if you have gray hair you can't have acne. After one box of dye and a few visits to Water's Edge Dermatology, the acne and gray hair is gone. The office is beautiful and feels more like a spa than a doctor's office. The staff is friendly and professional. I had no problems getting my first appointment at a time that was convenient and within a few days of my call, not weeks.

I am very pleased with the treatment and service provided by Water's Edge Dermatology. I was out of the office within 45 minutes of my appointment. I was given samples to try so that if the medication does not work I do not need to fill the prescription. I was also given a coupon for free medication the first time I fill my prescription.
