Where do I begin……………..Dr. Perez is gold and his staff is amazing! I am grateful to Dr.Perez for his care, professionalism and skill. He was attentive to my needs and explained the procedure in great detail. He took his time and was confident that what I wanted was doable. I was a nervous mess the day of surgery. Dr. Perez was compassionate and patient with me. My after care was just as great.

Finding the right doctor was the first and most important step in my breast augmentation journey. I began by researching online, focusing heavily on before-and-after photos. While I did receive one personal recommendation, I ultimately chose not to go with that doctor because their aesthetic didn’t align with what I was looking for.

From the beginning, Dr. Perez stood out. His results were natural, cohesive, and consistent exactly the look I had in mind. I hadn’t seriously considered breast augmentation before, but after a personal pep talk, I decided to start exploring consultations. I felt instantly at ease explaining what I was looking for, especially since I could refer directly to examples from Dr. Perez past work. She brought out implant sizers, showed additional photo results, and truly listened.

When Dr. Perez came in, he only solidified my confidence. I know part of the job is to make patients feel comfortable, but I genuinely felt like I was in good hands. I left a fully refundable deposit that day and scheduled one of the soonest surgery dates available about two months out because I knew if I gave myself too much time to overthink, I might back out.

Between my consultation and the pre-op appointment (about three weeks later), the office sent thorough instructions via email, including forms to sign and a lab order for bloodwork. My pre-op appointment was another great experience. I met with the medical assistant this time, and she was incredibly nurturing, knowledgeable, and supportive. I had lingering health-related doubts about moving forward with surgery, but she addressed everything thoughtfully and professionally, which helped me feel secure in my decision.

From then until surgery, the team stayed in close contact through a group text with the nurse and medical assistant. They provided a local pharmacy pickup of medications (antibiotics, painkillers, etc.) and even an Amazon list of supplies to prep for recovery. Every step was clear and organized.

Surgery Day + Choosing My Size

The day of surgery came quickly, but I felt fully prepared. We had already chosen my implant size during the pre-op, but I appreciated that I still had weeks to think about it and confirm my decision. One thing I really appreciated about Dr. Perez team is that they emphasized falling in love with an aesthetic rather than obsessing over a size. That made a huge difference for me because, at 5’2”, choosing a size felt overwhelming. I knew I didn’t want to be top-heavy or have a noticeably large chest. I wanted a subtle, natural enhancement.

We ultimately decided on 245cc Motiva implants, which I consider a “mini” breast augmentation. It was exactly what I wanted. On the day of the procedure, I knew I had made the right choice. My blood pressure was completely normal remarkable considering it was my first surgery ever. I was calm, excited, and completely confident in my decision.

Initial Recovery

Recovery has been a breeze, and I truly believe that’s due to a combination of the moderate implant size and Dr. Perez surgical skill. My incisions were done beautifully, the post-op instructions were clear, and my overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome so far.

I felt like I was amongst friends from the very beginning. Medical assistant Daniela was attentive and extremely helpful always. Dr. Perez is an amazing gentle, knowledgeable and committed surgeon. I had a facelift which included my neck, upper and lower eyelids and fat distribution to areas of my face that had hollowed with age. The laser treatment transformed my skin. I have had people compliment me out of the blue saying my skin looks beautiful. Honestly I think the procedure took 15 plus years off my face. I would highly recommend Marina Plastic Surgery and Dr.Justin Perez to anyone in need …or desire…of cosmetic surgery.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Dr. Perez. The breast reduction I had was very much needed and from my first consultation, through surgery and post-op he and his team were nothing but professional, compassionate and on top of things at all times. 2 weeks post op with Dr. Justin Perez. I got a breast lift with implants and I feel 100%! He is so gentle, literally the day after surgery I felt great! I wanted a smaller natural look with upper breast fullness. My breast before were asymmetrical, large, and saggy. I breastfed 2 babies over the course of 5 years with no breaks, so my breasts were so uncomfortable from the sagging and stretching from pregnancy and breastfeeding.

My procedure with Dr.Perez was great. Everything they said to do for my pre-surgery I did , and my postoperative was great , everything they said would happen and what to expect was exact. I highly recommend Dr. Perez, he corrected my botched procedure. That was done somewhere else , I wish I would have made him my first stop!

My experience with Dr. Perez and his team has been quite extraordinary! Not only did my surgery results come out amazing (talented doctor!), but the attention from the nurses and staff is what has impressed me the most. I had both upper and lower blepharoplasty, with fat transfer and laser to my eyes. I can barely even notice the scars on my eyelids, and my skin from the fat transfer to my face, has left me looking years younger. The laser treatment around my eyes, following the surgery took majority of the crows feet lines and loose skin away. Surgery and lasers do require down time, and any questions that I had while recovering where answered right away. The nurses, staff, and even Dr. Perez himself, made sure that I was happy and feeling great, every step of the way, and reached out to me frequently to follow up to ease any concerns that I had following the procedures. It's easy to be treated like a "number" when it comes to these types of surgeries, but not here. You truly can trust everyone in the office as they have your optimal results, in their best interest.
