The care I received from DR. FEW was exceptional. Dr Few listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that yielded an outstanding positive results. The entire team at the clinic displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The result, and the overall experience were outstanding. I will definitely be a repeat Client and will recommend them to everyone I know.”
I've had Botox done a few times by Shay at Dr Few's office. Shay is very knowledgeable, and has taken as much time as needed to answer all of my questions and address any of my concerns. Every time I've come in to see her I feel confident that I am in good hands. I've never had a problem with scheduling or payment.
Dr Few was so great. Everything went well with my lift and implant. He was there immediately when I had questions post op which was so helpful. I am Still swollen but my breasts look amazing and I am So happy I went to him. He was Recommended by a friend who had the same procedure and could Not say enough good things About Dr Few! I would absolutely recommend him.
Dr. Few and his staff were the best from the consultation, surgery and post op. They were incredibly patient and kind. Dr. Few is a very gifted surgeon and I have recommended him to family and friends. The results were beyond my expectations and I am extremely pleased. There is no other choice in facial plastic surgeons except Dr. Few and his team.
The Silhouette Instalift was the best procedure I have ever had! The most amazingly fast and painless procedure. I was taking selfies of myself in the car while I was driving home at stoplights because I was so blown away. Dr Few did such an amazing job and always makes an unique adjustment for each person. I could see results immediately although 3 months is supposed to be the prime end result. My results are still there 8 months later! Dr. Few is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone hands down!
I love Dr. Few! Up until recently, I have been holding "it" together pretty well if I do say so myself. But then, 46 came along and "it" got real! My jowls are no joke! My level of self consciousness over them is off the charts. To my despair, I had been informed by various doctors who concurred, I was past the point of no return. Fillers or simple injections would not help my situation. So what's a gal to do when you just cannot even fathom having a facelift?!? Go to Doctor Few, that's what you do! From the moment I walked into his office I felt like I was in the right place. It is beautiful and impeccably clean. There is a polished sophistication about the space that implies the highest level of quality while simultaneously creating a feeling of comfort. The same could be said about Dr. Few, himself. Enter the Doctor...... We spoke for awhile. During our consult, I was struck by the combination of his larger than life presence and kind hearted, down to earth nature. I always have extra questions and he answered them all with a smile, patience, and to my satisfaction. So my smile came when I learned of the Silhouette procedure. This could seriously be a game changer! I'm in! We went for it! (At a later date of course.) I was so incredibly excited and equally as nervous. However, the moment Dr. Few began the procedure, all my nerves were instantly calmed. I felt so protected and cared for. I could tell he was maticulous and steadfast and beyond competent. I felt like I was in such good hands, I literally was in no rush for the procedure end. It has been 9 days. I had no bruising. Only slight, expected swelling that diminishes each day. My experience so far has been terrific. The staff at The Few institute has also contributed to my positive experience. I call on a regular basic because as I mentioned, I always have extra questions. I am supremely grateful for their kindness and patentience with me. Just the other day, I spoke with Dr. Few personally bc I am so extra, and just wanted to hear directly from him when I can resume exercise. He calmly assured me to trust myself, ease into it and by two weeks, I'll be good to go. I felt so reassured and grateful for his accessibility and generosity with his time and of course his patience. This procedure apparently reveals it outcome over time. If for whatever reason it does not yield up to par results, I have full confidence that Dr. Few would make any necessary tweaks until we are both satisfied. Meantime, on this day 9, I'm feeling great and hopeful. Especially since my 8 year old son said, "Mom, you look cute. You have less wrinkles!" Can't wait to see it in 6 months. Thank you Dr. Few and all at the few institute!
Two weeks after procedure, and results already surpassing my most optimistic expectations. Easy recovery. A few days of swelling. Almost no bruising. Scars in front of my ears almost unnoticeable unless you're really looking for them. Back at work in two weeks. I look easily 15 years younger, and I understand I can expect more improvements over next six weeks. Guys, if you've lost your neck, get it back. It's stupid to wait. Get over whatever your hang-ups are and go for it. You could be looking in the mirror in just a couple of weeks and seeing again that guy you used to look like.
After a couple years of considering a breast augmentation, and meeting with several surgeons, I decided to go forward with Dr. Few. He came highly recommended to me, and as a medical provider myself, I was pleased with his knowledge, technique, and bedside manner. He spent a great deal of time with me prior to the procedure getting to know me, my physical activities- a big runner, and looked at numerous photos with me of my desired result. In the months before surgery, I had many questions here and there which were answered in a very thorough manner with a response within an hour or two. The day of surgery I was pretty nervous, but Dr. Few and the staff at the surgical center, including the anesthesia team and nurses were so wonderful and I felt safe in very good hands. The night after surgery, I had a lot of swelling and pain, and could not take the Rx pain medicine d/t nausea. In the morning, I could not wait for my appointment and Dr Few and his Fellow saw me before my appointment and had me come in to see me immediately. The wrap came off and I felt so much better. I won't lie and say it is been an easy recovery, I am pretty muscular and had 325 cc silicone under the muscle implants. There has been pain, a hard road to return to fitness, and Dr. Few and his diligent team again have been there for every question or concern I have had. He rotates through an excellent group of Fellows who I have always enjoyed meeting and am glad they are learning from such a skilled surgeon. What I can tell you is the pain is nearly completely gone now,and my breasts look beautiful. They look exactly like the results I had always wanted. No asymmetry, not too high, not "fake looking", not too wide-set, not too big, no crazy scars, natural feeling, not too small...I had very high expectations and they were met. I would highly recommend Dr. Few to anyone who is considering breast augmentation. He really does care about your results, and he wants you to be thrilled with what you get. I know I am!
I work out everyday and I have more of a muscle build. My inner thighs have always been hard to tighten so I did my research and decided to get cool sculpting. I had my procedure yesterday, walked in at 2:15 and was leaving by 5:30. The process wasn't painful but the first 10 minutes until the numbness sets in was uncomfortable. My thighs felt a little weird afterwards but today I am extremely sore! It feels like a worked out my inner thighs for hours but I'm use to being sore from a workout. My inner thighs are very swollen and feel so big. The doctor explained it may be this way for the first 2 weeks. So far, I haven't taken any pain meds but I may take some before bed tonight.
I'm 57, face and eyelides starting to crease/sag. After a minor tweak I look 5 years younger yet face looks the same. In initial consultation I explained limited budget - what would have the biggest impact. Answer: filler under the eye and botox in the same area. Perfect. Precise, non-ego doctor. Next, fraxel laster on full face (approx $3K). Upper eyelid surgery if the budget holds. I trust he won't make me look like cat-woman.
There are many subtle findings, that a good consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be able to identify for you and recommend the best treatment. I do believe the findings on the pictures can be due to a combination of muscle movement differences, bone, and soft tissue fullness differences. Typically, a combination of relaxant (Botox or Dysport) and filler to the brow can be very effective when done properly. A brow lift may be a more permanent option but significant skill is needed. Good luck.
Blepharoplasty is one of the safest, effective procedures in plastic surgery. However, over the past 10 years we have seen a variety of options appear. The reality is most patients looking to make the area around the eyes look better have a number of options, from traditional surgery, to less invasive surgery, to non surgery. There are lasers, fillers, and even Botox/Dysport as options to consider in many cases, depending on how severe the problem is and the ultimate goals for improvement. In many cases, I combine less invasive treatment, like laser, with injectable fillers to achieve safe, fast, effective solutions to enhance the appearance of the eyes. It is very important to discuss your goals and desires with your plastic surgeon to make sure everyone is thinking the same thing- How long will the result last? What is the recovery time? What is the cost of the different options? Keep these simple things in mind to make your informed decision.
Scar and/or Keloid (uncontrolled, bad scar) formation with any type of procedure is possible and the eye is no exception. It used to be thought that the eyelid is protected from Keloid scar formation but I saw a case recently, a case referred to me by another surgeon after they performed eyelid plastic surgery. While I am not aware of a Keloid case after lower eyelid laser treatment, if the treatment is invasive enough in a super high risk patient, it could be possible. I believe Keloid formation around the eye is extremely unlike, about the same odds of getting struck by lightening! Good news, I was able to make the scar go away with a different laser treatment, using non invasive laser treatment. Best answer, make sure you doctor is a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist, with a lot of experience!
A 1 mm difference in the appearance of the eyes after ptosis surgery was performed 3 months ago is not bad. There are natural healing events going on and I would definitely give at least 9 to 12 months before considering anything more. In addition, there is a natural adjustment phase due to differences in muscle strength for the eye opening muscles, usually one side is slightly stronger than the other.
A patient is really at the baby phase of healing 3 weeks after a blepharoplasty. You see the greatest change in swelling, after blepharoplasty, during the first 6 weeks of recovery. I would definitely recommend you not worry and give everything more time. I typically wait until 3 months to get my first set of post operative pictures, I do not consider the results final until 12 months. Your photos are blurry on my computer but I am optimistic for you.
