For reference, I am 5’3 & 112 lbs. Dr Sosa completed my breast augmentation and lipo of the lower abdominal/anterior flanks. Ultimately, I wanted an augmentation to fix the noticeable size difference between my breasts - one was a 32B and the other a 32A. Post-op, I now fit into a 34D. Dr Sosa used 325cc Sientra, smooth, round, moderate plus implants in both breasts. He used an air sizer during surgery to see how a 355cc implant would look in my smaller breast, but the upper poles looked uneven. So he settled for the same size implant for both breasts. Upon hearing this, I was initially concerned. But they honestly look great and the size difference is minimal. Dr Sosa made the best choice for me. The first 3-4 days post-op were the toughest part of the recovery. However, I was able to return to work within 10 days. I am still surprised by how quickly I could return to my very active job. Overall, I am very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend Dr Sosa to my family and friends. I felt very at ease and comfortable with Dr Sosa, the hospital staff, and clinic staff. They were all very kind and took their time to answer my questions in length.

I'm 4 weeks post-op from a breast reduction with Dr. Sosa. He is absolutely amazing! Not only was he polite and informative, he's an artist! My new breasts are beautiful! I'm o grateful I chose him as a surgeon. I'll be back LOL!

I had my consultation with Dr. Julio Sosa in Bloomfield, MI on May 7th. He made the process so easy for me. My biggest fear was not being approved by my insurance company or having to wait months for the surgery. Dr. Sosa and his staff we amazing!!! They answered all of my questions and before I left the office I was approved and my surgery was scheduled for June 4th. It took everything in me not to cry when they told me I was approved. Now, I just want to ensure I have everything I need for recovery.
