Please ladies do not waste your money on Cool Sculpting, the minimal results if any simply do not give your body any significant change. A serious exercise and eating plan + a possible tummy tuck/lipo would be worth much more, but the results are not there! This is a profit maker for the docs, many doctors I know have let their machines go as too many patients were not satisfied! Forget the result photos, ask to meet the actual patients and see if the skin is smoother such as the photos displayed....
Dr. Voss Is by far one of the best dermatologist In Seattle! Her knowledge and an eye for beauty that’s natural is exceptional. I Would recommend her or anyone on the team of Northwest Face and Body. Kudo’s to Heather as well.
Dr. Voss has added Bellafill to her repertoire. She is a true artist, and I have trusted her for many years to remove sun cancer lumps on my face and body. She is so good with the surgery that I have almost no visible scarring even though she has had to remove lumps the size of a golfball. She offered me the opportunity to be her learning patient when she added Bellafill to her practice, as it is permanent, natural, and would be a great solution for my deep craters from teenage sebaceous cyst acne, 40 years ago. I have suffered with these scars all my life, but as I reached my mid-fifties and my skin really started to sag (hereditary and result of tanning) the scars on my cheeks made me look so haggard and old, and I was embarrassed about my appearance. Dr. Voss used several syringes of the Bellafill under the supervision of another doctor, which was a wonderful benefit to me as it didn't cost me anything since I was the guinea pig. Although there was significant bruising which lasted about 2 weeks, due to the high volume of product, the result is just spectacular. My self-esteem has risen incredibly. My cheeks are smooth and plumped and since this is a natural, permanent product, my own collagen is growing around the granules. It has been almost a year and I can assure anyone that this is permanent, and lovely. People I see frequently told me after the procedure that I looked very youthful (they didn't know I had anything) and continue to tell me that to this day. I am so grateful to Dr. Voss and Bellafill for the results. I have been living with these scars my whole adult life, and you can't hide this with makeup or anything short of a complete facelift, which sags after 10 years or so. I feel pretty again and it has been a really long time since I could say that. I have a couple of small dimples still that were so deep that I could use one more tiny application and I intend to have Dr. Voss do that for me. It's amazing, not only the product, but Dr. Voss. She is dedicated to her patient's satisfaction, appearance and health. I would never go to anyone else to keep my skin healthy. Updated on 31 Mar 2016: Photo added at request of viewers. A very harsh photo but I think you can get the general idea. Much smoother and plumper. This is a year later.
Dr. Voss was a delight. Not only was she personable, but she was efficient, professional, and straight to the point. She made me feel at ease, she told me what I needed to hear, not what I WANTED to hear. in other words, she was truthful. she gave me very contoured thighs. I got my outer and inner thighs, down to my knees. it's been almost 3 months since my procedure and I have gotten many questions on how I lost so much weight, especially my legs. it's great to see the improvement in my legs every week!
Dr. Julie Voss is a talented artist that knows how to bring out the true beauty in her clients. She is patient, caring, creative, good listener, humble, kind, and has a wonderful positive attitude that everyone is beautiful. I have been a patient of Dr. Voss for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with any procedure she has administered.

It was horribly embarrassing, especially for a teenager. If I had to expose my back (tank tops or swimsuits), I would do my best to cover it with concealer or wear my long hair down. I tried every OTC topical treatment, body wash, etc. I used Proactive (body wash and spot treatment) to no avail. At 18 my derm finally suggested Accutane as a last resort. My mom was very worried about the side affects, but let me do it anyway. I was double insured through my parents so I don't recall it costing anything. Accutane was 100% effective for me. It started working within a month. The only downside for me was the skin peeling. It started with my face... sometimes l felt like Goldmember in the third Austin Powers movie (he peels off his skin for fun---so gross!). In the last few months of treatment, my hands and feet started to peel too. It was BIZARRE. I used Accutane for 9 months, and within a month after stopping my skin started to go back to normal (not peeling). I haven't had any acne on my back since (I'm now 24). Though I never had terrible acne on my face, the Accutane made a difference with the little that was there. Now I only get a big pimple every couple of months. For reference, I was a young, otherwise healthy girl, so that could be part of why I had few side affects. I highly recommend Accutane. The confidence I've felt since was WELL worth the few months of dry skin issues. I've since discovered I look great in a halter top! If you do use it, opt for Aquaphor as your nighttime moisturizer when the peeling gets bad. I wish I'd discovered that sooner.
Had my first consult it was a waste of time and money I told the receptionist what I wanted to have done drove 2:30 hours to be told the doctor did not perform the procedure I’m wanting waited longer in waiting room than what I spent talking to doctor.
Do not ever go to her. She totally botched simple liposuction making my thighs like square blocks versus spherical and round like a normal thigh. She then took out too much from my knees where they then sagged. I developed nerve pain after the surgery and she was defensive and evasive and seemed more worried about herself than her patient. She is rude, arrogant, uncaring and does not know anything about lipo and the human body anatomy. Another surgeon was stunned at her work that he asked if he could write a letter to her on my behalf. I had to undergo several hours of surgery all on my dime for him to reshape my thighs and make me look halfway normal again. I did not have the energy to sue but I should have. For your own sake, do not go to her - you will regret it
Possible factors that can cause a bump after liposuction are induration (most common cause that appears about one week after liposuction and slowly dissapates over 6 months), uneven fat removal (area would be soft after about 4 months), muscle issues (ventral hernia, diastasis- this would get much bigger whenever you flex to do an abdominal 'crunch' exersize), hematoma/seroma ( slowly dissapates). Hopefully over time your issue has resolved. Good luck!
You look like a great Tumescent liposuction of the neck candidate. It takes about 30 minutes and is under local anesthesia and produces great results. Good luck!
The transfer of fat from one area to areas of depression work well for divits after liposuction. Any bumps would require some additional liposuction to get them to smooth out. Good luck!
It is very early and many things can change. Definitely, the abdomen is much more sensitive to liposuction, while the flanks (especially the hip areas) are relatively insensitive. If a large amount of fat was taken then the difference will be obvious (at least with Tumescent Liposuction- which is the type I do) even the next day. If a small amount was taken then swelling will obscure the change and you will need to wait up to 4 months. Good luck!
Your scar appears flat but darkly pigmented. A bleaching cream with 4% hydroquinone and tretinoin for several months is probably your best bet. Wish your skin type any type of physical treatment may make it even darker. Time should lighten it as well. Be patient.
