Thank you for your question, your smile arch should be widened, this can be achieved by two procedures. My first recommendation for you case would be visit an orthodontist. Though orthodontic treatment you can achieve a much wider arch and this will give you better lip support and even the airways will have a better passage, which will help even with the darkness under your the eyes.
After orthodontic treatment then maybe you will require veneers treatment.

Your case has been done very conservative, which is not a bad approach for most cases. In your case being too conservative represents a huge challenge. Proportions are key in aesthetics for everything that our eyes see. In order to correct some of the situations for your smile getting the lateral more in proportion to the central would help a lot. Sometimes even a crown lengthening can be done a would greatly help. Hope this would be of help to you.

Your case should have been managed with orthodontic movements first and then veneers, or if veneers were the only option then doing 8-10 veneers upper arch. To my professional opinion trying to accomplish great results in dental aesthetics when we try to be too conservative the results sometimes are not what the patient is expecting. The gaps in your 4 front teeth were too large to try to close and modify by just doing 4 veneers, your cuspids and at least one of the bicuspid on each side should have been involved in your smile makeover for better results.
A mockup is most times the best trying option. By doing this the patient can see the effects close to what the end result would look like before a final decision upon the best treatment plan.

You can use denture adhesive, by now, six months after your implants should be fully integrated to the bone, so the adhesive should not interfiere with this process. Just make sure you keep both denture and the gingival area clean after using. Good luck

The suggested shade is not too far off in value to your current B1 shade, definitely wished it was the other way around having the darker shade towards the back of your smile.
