Dr. Cervantes and Arrogn are master in what they do! First of all Cervantes really gets it when you describe the look you are going for. I was want a Beverly Hills bbl and he did exactly that, not to big and not too small. With a snitched waistline of course. He took my V shape to and hourglass by removing fat from upper bask. My explant, lift with fat transfer to the breast turn out abosultly beautiful. Very minimal scaring. My facelift with face transfer to face to 15yrs off my face! No more sunken in eyes or jowls, no pain, flawless skin. We also did fay transfer to hands! Everything is perfect! The hospital stuff did a great job at putting me at ease and we're so, so kind!

My experience with Dr. Cervantes was outstanding. From the consultation process to the post op I received nothing but great care. The nurses in the hospital Angeles Tijuana were caring and addressed my pain. My entire body looks amazing and I'm still swollen quite a bit but I cannot stop looking at myself. Dr. Cervantes knew what I wanted and he executed. Also, my pain level has been very minimal. I had the best experience during my Mommy Make over. Pictures will come later after drains are removed and swelling gone down a little more. But, this post is related to how great the support and communication was during the process. Dr Cervantes and Aragon are truly amazing. They are my Angel's! Thank you Updated on 13 Jun 2022: I researched many Plastic surgeons for 6 months before choosing Dr. Cervantes and Dr. J Aragon. I was told by many drs that I needed to lose at least 20 lbs before the surgery. I started working out three to four days and week and started a strict diet. I lost 15 lbs in all the wrong area. I consulted Plastica Tijuana and received an email a week later that I qualified for a circular tummy tuck. Because, this was my first experience ever with plastic surgery I was skeptical about having an incision around my core. Also, as an African American woman with sensitive skin I was horrified of getting keloids. Because, during a lap chole I had gotten a couple ugly ones. Dr. Cervantes assured me he would be very cautious with my skin. I did not form any keloids and I'm on my 4th month of recovery. Also, I was afraid of being placed in surgery center and forgotten about. I was not. I was brought in a day before surgery, given a Covid test, cardiac clearance, lab work and a in-person consult. My husband and I got a discount on a beautiful and comfortable overnight hotel room. We were picked up by a driver and driven to the office. Later that day I was checked into a beautiful hospital room with great nursing care and fluids started on me. My husband never had to leave my side. We were given a ride to and from the pharmacy prior to being admitted by drs driver. We were given a great orientation of what to expect after surgery and how to take our medications. I was also able to share my excitement with others that were going to have surgery. I felt like we were all one big happy family and I'm a really shy person but I felt so happy I talked and talked. Any fear of the unknown I had was gone. Dr Cervantes was so nice I felt like I had known him all my life. After surgery I did not feel thing. I had no pain and mild discomfort. An hour after that I received pictures and videos as I requested of myself in the OR room by the lovely office assistant Daniella. I am now four months post op and I text from time to time with questions and they are answered right away. This was such a great experience. I believe they surpassed my expectations. This has been life changing. I was so unhappy with myself after Covid. I gained 30 lbs and I couldn't look in the mirror at myself. Now, I cannot stop looking at my beautiful hour glass figure. Someone at work asked me "how does a woman get a figure so perfect". I told her "Tijuana Plastica". Two simple words. Pre op went well, post op leaves a little to be desired. Not much for instructions or care, definitely didn't get the correct compression garment for the procedure so needed to rush for a new one. Overall though, I'm super pleased with the incisions and placement. Looking forward to fully recovering so I'm not in as much pain though.

Finally after losing 120# & keeping it off the last 5yrs I'm in the body that I imagined was under that sagging & lumpy shell! Dr C & Dr Aragon are amazing people as well as professionals. They avail themselves to me & all patients post surgery, putting me at ease whenever something comes up, no matter how big or minute the situation is. The entire surgical team from the front office to the back covered all questions & concerns making them the absolute right choice for me. Also bringing past patients as references for all of us new patients, created a sisterhood environment if you will has been a unique experience for me setting them apart from other surgeons I've encountered. The only con to this surgery is I have to super workout to give shape to my backside lol having the circular tummy tuck which leads to a lower body lift as a result is a HUGE pro for me. I have other medical issues where I have a pinched/dead/irritated nerve in my pelvis and the lax skin was like laying on a lumpy blanket all the time, causing a lot of trigger point pain. Now that the old border where I experienced a lot of numbness & pain has been moved my hope is that it will improve with time. The outcome so far is gorgeous. I will keep adding progress photos. I have actual defined shape now! What's not exciting about that. Oh my belly button amazing! The only thing I wish they would have done was contouring but I'm looking forward to creating my own.

I began to hate the jowls and loose neck skin I see every time I do FaceTime or Zoom calls, which is very often now in this pandemic. I am very happy so far with results. I combined the face lift, neck lift, lower back lift with liposuction, breast lift and implant exchange to limit down time and took advantage of this group which is Dr. Cervantes and Dr. Aragón who are both board certified plastic surgeons who work together as a team! DoctorI am 5 weeks post opt. I am amazed by my doctors skill and talent. I had CTT, BBL, BA, BL, 360 Lipo, MR and odd and ends. Amazing lines, placements, stitches, and great communication. Two skilled doctors so I was under only 3.5 hours. The office staff and doctors hug me every time I came in. I have had perfect healing no open areas. I love these doctors and their awesome team of ladies that work for him. The facility has two doctors him and his wife and their certified in general surgery, plastic surgery, and they’re in every organization that deals with plastic surgery. I checked out all their certificates. Their work is impeccable. They have a Facebook page that is very transparent they don’t delete stuff,people say all the good bad ugly awesome stuff. There’s a ton of pictures you can look at to see their work. They have a driver come to the airport and pick you up their drivers come and pick you up for every appointment wherever you’re recovering at. My Doctors: Dr. Jacqueline Aragón and Dr. Juan Pablo CervantesHis work looks really good but he is not a certified plastic surgeon.Also a good place to look into is the recovery boutique a lot of different doctors use them. I used them for ten days in July. I love them ????they feed you all your meals,they always have extra food out for you and water, disinfect your room daily, they change your sheets, daily and your towels there is two nurses on call 24 seven. Of course they help with you physically like your showers and if you have to go the bathroom and you need help or bandages that need help. They even call your doctor you have to tell what facility are you and the keep updates sent to your doctor your temperature or your heart rate goes up or if you have an opening. If you need medicine from the pharmacy they can call it in for you. If your driver needs to be called they call your driver.

I am extremely happy with my body lift by dr Cervantes and Argagon. The results speak for themselves. They are agresiva with results and all my before pics are after the TT preformed by dr huges. Reasonable prices, excellent staff Nd bed sidemaners are phenomenal. My motivation for this surgery was to enhance my breast, while most of all to correct my tuberous breast. I’m 5’1 140lbs, was 19 years of age when I this procedure done. In love with my results, though I did loose some sensitivity.

I am a medical weight loss patient and have lost 150+ pounds. I had an absolutely wonderful experience start to finish! Dr. Cervantes and his team prioritize patient safety. I have an autoimmune disease and they required bloodwork prior to giving me an estimate. Dr. Cervantes would also not adjust the surgical plan if he thought it would jeapordize patient safety. He has a strict limit for anesthesia time as well. Communication back and forth is quick and easy. From day 1 I communicated with Caro. She was fast at replying and always had an answer for me. I met with Dr. Cervantes the day prior to surgery to finalize my surgical plan and final pre-op testing. That included bloodwork to check hemoglobin levels, as well as meeting with a cardiologist and performing an EKG. Dr. Cervantes really took his time to explain every last detail of my surgery and answered all of my questions. He was also very specific about each surgical area and explained realistic expectations for each area. As he said...he is a surgeon, not a magician :) I am ecstatic with my results thus far (3 weeks post op) from an extended arm lift, breast lift with implants, circular tummy tuck and Brazilian butt lift. Dr. Cervantes makes himself and his team available for any questions and concerns and even sets up a private Facebook messenger group for faster communication. I will definitely be back for round 2 with Dr. Cervantes and his team!
