My advice for you is to get a Tummy tuck with full body lipo (incluiding arms, inner thighs and back) with the Tummy tuck you will get muscle repairment, abdominal etching and you will prevent the loose skin. Aditional ask for a BBL to get a better and round butt shape.

Its hard to answer this question with out photos. But i recommend you to lose weight firsth because your BMI (Body Mass Index) is higher than the normal ones. My other recommendation is to get a consultation with a certified plastic surgeon.

The pain pump is a good option and is provided by the anesthesiologist, it will be helpfull to control the pain for the firsth three days, but its important to have doctors prescription for oral medications because in some patients the pain feeling is stronger. Not all the pain control medications contains acetaminophen and will works for you.

Looking at your photos, if you get just a lipo your skin will be loose and flabby because the lipo will take the extra fat out but not the extra skin. My advice for you is to get a Tummy Tuck with Lipo and BBL. With the Tummy tuck the extra skin is removed and with the lipo a big ammount of fat from your tummy, sides, back is removed. Those procedures combined with a nutrition plan and improving your feeding habits will give you a great shape

I love my results! I had breast implants before but I had this ugly skin under my breast. Dr. Florez did a lift and bigger implant. That extra skin is no longer there and I love them! My left implant still hasn't dropped all the way so I've been massaging it. I also got a tummy tuck, lipo (chin, arms, bra fat/ armpit whatever you wanna call that area, back, inner thighs) and bbl. He was very careful and took a lot of tests because I had a situation. He ensured my health was first. The only thing was to make sure you have the implant warranty. He forgot to give them on my appointment and the recovery house sent someone to get it. I do plan on going back and getting jplasma for my stomach but not sure when.

I was skeptical because I did not see too many reviews but I decided to go to him anyways because I saw one of his patients and she looked amazing. Not only is he super affordable, his bedside manner is impeccable and he is extremely safe! I got there wanted just lipo in my abdomen and he did lipo everywhere and fat transfer to the hips (very natural). I am beyond happy and it more than what I expected. The only downfall was that his assistant did not send me the letter I needed for the airport so I suggest you make sure you know everything you will need a few days before to make sure you have everything.
