I have known Dr. Futrell personally for decades. I have been her patient for a few years now. She is very professional, smart and extremely skilled. I implicitly trust her judgment. She is an expert injector, and I am always satisfied with the results, which are very natural looking. Her staff is friendly, and the clinic offers the latest in aesthetic treatments as well as high quality skincare products.
I’ve been living with this pencil size age spot on my face for years now. I asked my dermatologist if there was anything that I could do to reduce its appearance and she recommended removing it with a laser! I had the procedure done same day as my appointment. I can’t tell you how excited I am to document this! It felt like three rubber band snaps on my face. Relatively painless! There was a cold numbing sensation before the aesthetician used the laser. I wore googles so I can’t tell you much more beyond that. This picture was taken the second day as the procedure. It’s much darker than before. It’s supposed to scab over and then fall off reveling new skin underneath! I can’t wait! Updated on 5 Oct 2018: A little bit darker with an impression in the middle. Updated on 6 Oct 2018: It’s starting to fall off! It doesn’t hurt nor is it itching. I just noticed it raised up slightly. I’m very happy with how the skin looks underneath! I can’t wait for the rest to fall off so I can see the big revel! Updated on 9 Oct 2018: Guys, the scab fell off and I’m left with beautiful bright red skin that appears to be healing well. There’s no more dark mark! Updated on 12 Oct 2018: You can barley tell I had an age spot here! I’m so excited that it is gone! Without makeup it is almost invisible. With makeup, you can’t tell there was ever an age spot there. I’m so thankful and grateful to Dr. Futrell for fixing this imperfection on my face! She is absolutely amazing and I highly recommend her!
I’ve always had average eyelashes. I didn’t want to shell out a ton of money on extensions so I purchased a 5ml bottle today for $150.00 ($20.00 rebate). I’m so excited to have longer lashes! I’ll update my progress weekly.Updated on 4 Oct 2018: Before Pictures Updated on 10 Oct 2018: I’m one week in and I can see some lengthier lashes! I was surprised when I checked this morning. I was not expecting it to work so quickly! I only use one drop for both eye lids. I pour the drop into the lid and swipe it across both lids. There’s always a little bit left over so I use it on my eyebrows afterwards. I am noticing dry eyes and more sensitive eyelids.Updated on 12 Oct 2018: Pictures with mascara after one week. My eyes are very dry though. I think I’m going to start blotting off extra Latisse once applied as suggested by others. Hopefully this solves how red and dry my eyes feel.
I have had a few laser treatments when I was a lot younger for acne. They seemed to work ok but I still battle with scars & a bunch of lines & loss of fat. I wish I had before pictures but of course I’m a walking regret. It was the worse pain I have ever felt in my life - I’ll update the pictures right after the procedure. My face was swollen like I had been in a car wreck & it stayed swollen for over a week.I did everything I was supposed to do. I went back & at first it looked like it was really going to work... Well after 6 months I started noticing lines by my mouth - & - it’s been a downhill battle. I’m going to try the microneedling to see if I can reverse some of the damage. If anyone out there has been through this then tried microneedling please respond! Thanks!
