Sculpture is a safe hyperthermic treatment for unwanted fat cells. This is a localized treatment and is considered very safe while breast-feeding. Over time, the body naturally illuminates these fat cells that have been damaged, and there are no risks to your baby.
Lymphatic channels are interrupted by liposuction of the abdomen, but lymph nodes are not. These channels regenerate with time, usually a few weeks, and if done by a qualified physician, you should not have any concerns. I would recommend that you proceed with your Sculpture procedure and follow the recommendations given by your provider of this procedure. You body will do the rest.
You do have a significant amount of stretch marks that, unfortunately, will interfere with the tightening effect that can be gain with the laser used during smartlipo. If you are interested in removal of fat and skin tightening, you would be better served with a tummy tuck procedure. Smartlipo shows very good to excellent results when there is excess fat and skin laxity, but this does require a healthy dermis. Finding a well qualified plastic surgeon with experience would be your best option for an optimal outcome.
