QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Should I get SculpSure or lipo for 360 degree arm fat?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi,

Sculpsure would probably not work to your satisfaction on circumferential arm fat.

As previously mentioned it works best over the triceps region. The good news is that there

are several options that do work well for what you need.

Good luck

Are burns and lumps from Sculpsure permanent? (photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

The bumps are normal in a minority of patients, the dying and dead fat cells coalesce and form these temporary bumps. Drink lots of fluids and massage them regularly and they will resolve.

Regarding the redness, its probably not a burn, I have never seen or heard of any reports about burning. It could be a skin reaction to the topical liquid that is applied to help increase the contact between your skin and the laser.

You should follow up with your Doc if these symptoms persist or worsen.

Good luck

Am I a good candidate for CoolSculpting or SculpSure if I am 30 lbs overweight?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi and thanks for your question.

The number of pound you have to loose is not as important as your overall appearance and what you are looking to accomplish.

What is your BMI, do you have pinchable fat? What are your expectations, Sculpsure

will destroy up to 24% of fat under the target area. That said, yes even with 30 lbs or more

to loose Sculpsure will work within the target zone.

Good luck and give it a shot, the vast majority of patients who undergo treatments are satisfied.

I had SculpSure done on my lower abdomen, it has been over twelve weeks and no results, should I get a second treatment?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi, It has been my experience that everyone needs more than one treatment and although

everyone is different and results vary the vast majority of patients need at least 2 or more

treatments. I am also concerned that you did not feel any heat, everyone does and it is

very odd that you did not feel some significant heat. I would bring this up with your provider

as this is highly unusual. Let us know how this turns out.

Is SculptSure the best non-invasive to get rid of a small pouch? What do you think doctors?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi, I agree with the others, Sculpsure would be perfect for you. People with small areas or "pouches"

are the ideal candidates for Sculpsure. Go for it!

Still have several hard knots after SculpSure and it’s been five weeks since second treatment. Is this normal?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi, Yes the nodules are normal in many patients post Sculpsure treatment. My staff and myself

included in this category. Drink plenty of fluids, massage the area and be patient and they will fade away. Enjoy your sculpted body?

Is SculpSure safe on lower abdomen if I have a copper IUD?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi, Sculpsure is perfectly fine for you, the IUD will have no affect at all.

The Laser in Sculpsure was designed to target fat that lies right under you skin.

There is no deep penetration. Go for it and enjoy your new sculpted body!

Zero soreness, redness, inflammation or pain after my SculpSure appointment, does this mean it didn't work? (Photo)

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

I have had similar experiences with some of my patients and they have had good results.

There seems to be a tolerance level that some people and there bodies get used too.

Pain is generally regarded as NOT being necessary for good results. Relax and enjoy your new

sculpted body.

SculpSure versus CoolSculpting for menopausal abdomen weight gain.

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi, It is very likely that Sculpsure can help you. If you can grab some skin and fat then yes.

Sculpsure is excellent for contouring specific body section with one of the most common

being the pot belly you described. You may also need a little skin tightening afterwards if the

skin is stretched but Sculpsure in some cases will help with this as well.

Good Luck

No change after 1st session of ThermiVa, is it too early to see results?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

Hi, it is too soon to tell, although many of the women we have treated have seen some cosmetic results after one treatment it generally takes two to three treatments to see any improvement with increased moisture. Hang in there.
