“This is my experience and results with Dr. Gallagher and his team at Hair Transplants of Florida, located in Fort Myers, Florida. As a professor in Cuba, I was always in front of big groups of students and remember always having a great head of hair, which brought me many compliments. Even looking back at my wedding pictures, I was always proud to see how much hair I had.
However, several years after during a family get together, a cousin of mine took pictures of everyone and I was stunned to see how much hair I had lost. A few years later, my wife and I, along with my son, migrated to the US. Every now and then I would return to Cuba to visit my mother and everyone would always ask me what they were doing to me in the US because I kept losing more and more hair. I would never reply to them, but these comments would tear me apart inside. I started realizing that my self-esteem, along with my self-assurance, was declining. I met with Jose, Dr. Gallagher’s assistant, who explained to me the details of the procedure and then Dr. Gallagher, himself, entered the room and gave me his recommendations. I decided to have my procedure, which was in July/2015. As you can see the results yourself, I am very happy to have made the decision to have my hair procedure. It has helped me feel who I really am again and has increased my self-confidence. In summary, it has allowed me to return to the person I once was.
I just had my 11-month follow up appointment. Jose took pictures of me and I just can’t believe the comparison of how I look now to how I looked when I had lost my hair. I am also very grateful of how the team followed up with me after the surgery and not just lost touch afterward. Dr Gallagher is THE MAN! Had a great surgery...we talked, laughed and felt very comfortable. A friend recommended him and he was right. He knows his stuff. Cool results...looking to do a second surgery soon. I have also referred 2 friends also who have done their hair as well. They are happy campers like I am.

First few months not much happened and then an explosion of hair by month 8. Chose Dr Gallagher after visiting 2 other offices. I thought it would be painful but ended up being a breeze. Had fun with the crew. Great group of people. Clean and new environment. Went from not much to a lot of hair. Happy I did it.

I was initially hesitant to go through with the procedure, but my hesitation completely melted away after meeting Dr. Gallagher and Jose during the consultation. They were very professional, honest, and straightforward. I knew I had come to the right place when they suggested that I go with the less expensive of the two treatment options and didn't try to nickel and dime me with any post-op add-ons. The procedure itself was very time intensive, but the entire staff was wonderful, kept me laughing, and even fed me! Dr Gallagher, Jose, and the entire HTF staff are very professional, highly attentive, and make you feel very comfortable from start to finish.

I had a hair transplant 25 years ago that resulted very pluggy looking. I had to use my cap everywhere I would go in order to hide the not so natural results. I met with Jose and Dr. Gallagher for a consultation in April/2015 and felt very comfortable with both. Jose informed me of the changes in today's hair surgery and Dr. Gallagher created a game plan of removing the old plugs, retransplanting them in smaller units and also adding more density with an FUT procedure.
