Dr. Jose Luis Flores Valdivia, MD is a literal angel on earth! He gave me my DREAM BODY! He is an absolute perfectionist! My incisions are beautiful and my scars are healing so well. He delivered better results than I could have ever imagined! I had an extended tummy tuck, lipo 360, breast lift with augmentation, chin/neck lipo, arm lipo and BBL. I know that sounds like a lot (and it is) but my pain level was very minimal (2/10) and my recovery was pretty easy considering what I all had done! You are his princess for the day because he doesn't cram 3 or 4 surgeries into one day like most other surgeons do! You can feel all the attention and care is on you and they are not rushing to the next patient. I did a TON of research on plastic surgeons in the US and after being disappointed in not only the price, but the results and the lack of after care you receive, I expanded my search to Tijuana, Mexico. After researching for hours and hours on social media, YouTube and google, I came across (THANKFULLY!) Dr. Flores! I immediately knew in my gut that he was my doctor. The whole process was so easy thanks to Xiomara! I sent in pictures and she quickly gave me a quote for what I was looking for. She answered ALL my questions (I had a lot! lol) and I scheduled my video consultation with Dr. Flores. He is so humble, kind, and extremely intelligent. I booked my surgery date and prepared my body AND mind for surgery (very important!). I flew into San Diego and the driver was there to take me to the medical plaza. I felt very safe. Dr. Flores' office building is only 15 minutes from the airport and is so modern, clean and beautiful! I filled out some paperwork with Xiomara, paid for my surgery in cash, did the bloodwork and EKG, then met with Dr Flores. His bedside manner is 10/10. I could have yapped with him for hours haha. He took pictures and made all his markings on my body for surgery the next morning. I met with Dra. Yessenia who is amazing as well! She is so sweet and gives you all the info you need about your surgery, aftercare, and she was available on what's app to answer any questions or concerns after surgery. I was lucky enough to bump into the Anesthesiologist, Dra. Melissa Silva Laguna by the front desk! She called me a Barbie (I had a pink outfit on) and gave me a hug. She was so warm, bubbly and sweet!! She felt like a best friend immediately haha. (I had c-sections in the US and my Anesthesiologist was on his cellphone and not even paying attention to me! The level of service and care in Mexico compared to the US is unmatched. Ok I digress). I then went to the pharmacy on the first floor to grab a couple of things that Yessenia recommended (wound care powder, blood thinner shots, arnica, etc). I walked over from the medical plaza to the hotel (it's only a couple minutes away). The room was already included in price so I didn't have to pay anything, just a card on file for incidentals. They were so professional and it felt like a five star hotel in the US on the level of service. The room was very clean and modern. It had floor to ceiling windows with electronic shades so you had tons of natural light if wanted. The farm to table restaurant next door was soooo good! I sat in the gorgeous sunshine and enjoyed my last meal before surgery. There are lots of cute shops and restaurants right next to the hotel. Ok NOW ABOUT THE SURGERY! My driver picked me up at 6am from the hotel and took me to the hospital. I got weighed, iv put in, then Yessenia came in and always eases your nerves. Dr. Flores came in after and drew my lines for chin lipo and he said it was going to be a great day (and it was!). I soon after was wheeled into the surgical room. My favorite Anesthesiologist was wearing pink for me and smiling and made me feel sooo comfortable. I knew she was going to get me home to my babies and would watch over me the entire time. I was out in like two seconds! My surgery was six hours but felt like only a few minutes when you wake up haha. You wake up in your hospital room. Mine didn't have windows which I normally wouldn't like but it helped me sleep during the night in the pitch black. There is a call button next to your bed and the nurse is very quick to come into your room. My nurse didn't speak English but we were able to translate on our cellphone. Everyone else spoke fluent English. You have a catheter the first night which is helpful so you don't have to get up. Dr Yessenia set up the leg massagers to prevent blood clots (they used those after surgery in the US too). I was so surprised I had zero pain the first few days. It was just uncomfortable after that but not painful. I am convinced I had such an easy recovery and minimal swelling and bruising because of Dr. Flores' flawless techniques. I saw so many girls on YouTube making vlogs (from surgeons in Miami) screaming in pain after having lipo and bbl and their bodies were black and blue from bruising. I think it was because the doctors were so rough and rushing because they had 3 or 4 patients a day! I was shocked that I woke up in zero pain, and there was very little swelling and bruising considering I had my entire body done! lol. Dr. Flores is a magician with those hands! (: I traveled alone so I paid extra for a recovery home. I WISH I would have brought my husband or a friend and just stayed at the hotel. The hotel was so nice and you are right next to Dr. Flores office. You would have been very comfortable there and his nurse can come check on you. His massage therapist is the BEST and she traveled to me at the recovery home. 100/10 experience! My results are so natural and beautiful! I am almost 7 weeks post-op and I feel back to normal! Dr. Flores work is amazing! I was more than pleased!!!! He made me the happiest ! Dr. Flores did a revision mmo on me. I had a bad experience where I lived with a dr who performed a mmo on me. Later on to be found, I was added to a botched group! I did not think I would ever be able to have a nice stomach with not enough skin left over. I was trying to play "safe" by staying in canada in B.C. for surgery. Turns out if only I would have just went to mexico in the first place to see Dr flores like I always have wanted to for 8 years I would of had the best experience for my body and health care! I am so happy i traveled to tijuana for surgery and to meet Dr. flores as well his amazing team!! My body shape is incredible. Dr. Flores was able to take out my told tummy ruck scar, the old belly button scar, and the old c section scar and make one beautiful extended tummy tuck incision with the cutest new belly button! For my breasts, I had implants taken out and a lift with a newer technique called "Liacyr Ribeiro's technique." I am so happy to have a chest that suits my body! I also had 360 lipo and tricep lipo with a bbl. I am 10 days out of surgery, so my nipples are very low, but Dr. flores said once my boobs drop, the nipples will go up into the right place! Dr. flores is very knowledgeable and very professional and looks like he came from a picture out of a magazine. He is so well put together! His hospital is amazing and very, very clean! The hospital staff were all very kind, evan the ultrasound techs! All so kind and happy! And they all work together in making sure you are safe and comfortable. from the quartz hotel where I stayed is very clean and fun as well the staff is so kind!! They took me in my wheel chair for fresh air and something to do! The drivers for transportation were great as well! It was all a great experience. Visits from the nurses and massages in your room and visits with Dr flores right after surgery and before you go home as well. His staff will message you whenever you need the help or have questions. I only had a little concern when I was there, witch is there is no other way to pay other than cash or a transfer to the Wells Fargo bank witch you have to pay all the taxes on. Me being in Canada it was very expensive. The transfer did not end up working. Dr flores staff had a transportation car to pick me up and go back into san diego to find banks and ATMs so I was able to get the money out at least! That was helpful. But if I could have just paid by credit card it would have been way less stressful. If there did seem to be a little bit of coordination that was not communicated and confusion they always made it workout for the safest. I highly recommend dr flores and his team! They are amazing, and you will not regret I will update after 6 weeks how my breast lift is doing as well my over all body

Always had a double chin, even at 127lbs. At 38 finally went to a great Dr Flores at Cardeume in Chihuahua Mexico. Very affordable he is known for snatched chin lipo. Very clean clinic all the nurses were awesome the 1500 included a massage and prescription. They speak English also. Lipo did not hurt! You are awake the whole time.
