you needs yo see your surgical team to start the study of that pain; could be something simple as gastritis (inflamation of Gastric mucosae) the most common.
but you need to be revised by bariatric surgeon to eliminate another posibilities, like anastomotic ulcer; internal hernia or intestinal suboclusion.

Indeed, reconstructive surgery after weight loss surgery in some cases are equal in importance for the patient quality of life.
The surgery need to be performed by certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with emphasis on postbariatric patients.
For the kind of surgery, and if the musculature was involved in the surgery (anterior rectus plication) is more painful, but the pain should be contained with oral medication, maybe need 2 or 3 drugs for this, but after 4-5 days should be minimal, and after drain removal (some surgery need to put a drain) is very little pain.
