Thank you for the question and photo. At 6 days post-op, sudden soreness, stinging sensations or burning can and will occur while the implant is stretching out the muscles and tissues and the nerve endings are growing back. It is not uncommon to have some discomfort for a few weeks or months after surgery. However, If the soreness is something new, it could be early capsular contracture, a brewing infection, nerve irritation, or a small variety of other possible issues. In any case, I recommend you to check with your surgeon if you have any problems. I hope this helps!
Thank you for the question and photo. If you’re unhappy with the position of your breast and feel they’re too low, an implant will likely not satisfy you as it only fill your breast up. A lift will lift your breast up, put them in a higher position, and change the size of the areola. By lifting them and adding volume, the breast will not only sit higher on chest but will also have the nice fullness from the implant. In your case, a breast lift with augmentation is likely going to give you the best result. I recommend a consultation with a Board certified plastic surgeon who can examine you and discuss all the options that are available for you. Hope this helps! Best of luck,
