I had bilateral transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat transposition and bilateral suture upper blepharoplasty with Dr. Jonah, and the whole experience—from consultation to post-op care was wonderful. I came across Astrid Clinic while looking for other options, but after meeting Dr. Jonah, I immediately felt he was the right choice. He was patient, passionate and took the time to explain everything clearly, without overpromising.

The results speak for themselves, and I’m so thankful to Dr. Jonah and his team—Charmaine, Jessica, and Yunna who were always kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever I reached out. I felt really well taken care of throughout the whole journey.

I did a double eyelid suture surgery with Dr Jonah Kua 2 months ago at Astrid and had a great experience there. He was very detailed and meticulous when explaining about the procedures and doing the planning on my eyes pre-surgery. I had previously done ptosis surgery in another clinic few years ago but was not satisfied with the results. However upon hearing of Dr Jonah's clinic, I decided to give it a try in hopes of rectifying my areas of concern. Thanks to his superb skills and expertise, he not only managed to deliver the results that I wanted, but also made it look very natural. His team, Charmaine, Jessica and Yunna, were also really accommodating and helpful with post-op recovery follow-ups as well.

My 1st ever visit to an aesthetic clinic was an amazing experience for me! Happened to chance upon Astrid Plastic Surgery when I was researching on Bilateral Suture Upper Blepharoplasty services in Singapore and I have no regrets.

It was simple and fuss free to schedule an appointment with Dr Jonah.
His clinic assistants, Tiffany and Charmaine were pleasant and customer service rendered was commendable. During the consultation, Dr Jonah was patient and precise in guiding me through on what to expect during the upper blepharoplasty procedure.

I really appreciate their after care service too, as they checked in via text the following day to see how I was feeling, and responded promptly to any questions that I had, including subsequent follow-up sessions.

It has been more than 6 months since I completed my surgery and the recovery process has been smooth. Not only did I achieve wonderful results, over and above truly acknowledged the minimal scar technique done by Dr Jonah. I have shared my positive experience with friends. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering this type of treatment!

I consulted multiple doctors before deciding on Dr Jonah. He is someone who will listen to your wants and give realistic advice. Dr Jonah was very patient with drawing and explaining different methods of upper and lower blepharoplasty with emphasis on pros and cons of each method.
With his detailed explanation, I went for the scarless eye bag removal (via an incision in the layer inside of the lower eyelid) & non surgical procedure to tighten the skin under my eye area.
For the upper blepharoplasty, after much discussion and sound advice from Dr Jonah, I went for a suture instead of a surgical cut. I am extremely happy with the final result. It’s a reflection of the discussions we had during consultations & had very positive feedback from friends on the outcome.
His team, Tiffany, Charmaine & Jessica were also very prompt during post op recovery follow ups & questions.

I had an open rhinoplasty for correction of dorsal hump as well as a higher and sharper tip. Under Dr. Kua's skillful hands, the result was subtle and very natural, yet made a big difference in terms of overall balance and harmony to my face. This is my second procedure with Dr. Kua and I trust him wholeheartedly in terms of his technique, patient safety, and wholehearted commitment to excellent results that the patient is happy with.

Recovery was relatively fast with less pain and downtime than anticipated. Most of the end result was pretty visible within c.10 days. One benefit was also that the removal of dorsal hump and more elegant tip is anti-aging to the face, with a more youthful profile. It was important to me that I continue to look like 'me' and that results are natural and not 'overly done'. Posting pictures to show the before and after.

I had the best double eyelid sulture experience with Dr Kua a month and a half ago. He was extremely meticulous, skillful, and down to earth. He spent about an hour drawing and planning on my eyes pre-surgery - I had done a previous double eyelid sulture with another doctor a year ago and was put to sleep immediately (they ended up being asymmetrical). In contrast, Dr Kua asked me to open my eyes several times during the procedure to make sure that each stitch was properly done (no pain as I was given local anesthetic) and my final result is a reflection of his detailed planning and stitching. Tiffany/Charmaine also checked in with me several times after surgery and were quick to reply. My only regret was not choosing to do this with him the first time.

I had a non incisional double eyelid surgery done by Dr Jonah Kua. It was an amazing experience overall! The surgery was explained clearly including what the procedure entails, how long the recovery process is like and the possible complications that may occur. This helped to manage expectations and the entire process was very seamless. Dr Kua and his team followed up with me a few times after the procedure as well to ensure good healing. Dr Kua and his team are very professional, friendly and extremely skilled at what they do! I cannot recommend them enough.

I did a correction of multiple folds on my left eye with Dr Jonah at Astrid in February 2024. I couldn't have had a better experience! The entire process was seamless; I felt very well taken care of at every step of the way and I'm exceedingly happy with the results!

For background, my left eye was slightly droopy from birth and multiple folds appeared (increasingly) over the years. I actually consulted Dr Jonah for a second opinion as the first doctor I approached suggested a whole host of procedures and highly recommended I operate on both eyes. From the get-go, Dr Jonah was very patient and took the time to understand my expectations and concerns. I really appreciate how transparent, confident and straightforward he is! I was not keen on operating on both eyes (I was well aware of the risk of Hering's Law) and Dr Jonah's corrective approach was exactly what I was searching for~ He pays a lot of attention to suggesting solutions that are practical, realistic and align with your comfort levels. We eventually decided to correct the multiple folds on my left eye and have it match my right as best as possible.

The surgery itself went very well. Dr Jonah and his team at Astrid spared no effort in making me feel assured and comfortable. The team also made sure to check in regularly with me post-surgery to ensure I was recovering well. I can't express enough how overjoyed I am with the outcome of the surgery by Dr Jonah! The result is so natural that my family/close friends can barely tell the difference.

I can't recommend Dr Jonah and the wonderful team at Astrid enough!
