I had been thinking of this surgery for many years and now it’s done I wished I had done it sooner, best decision ever. I am absolutely thrilled with the results, I had no post op infection, the swelling and pain was manageable and I returned to work after three weeks. The care I have received from Dr Kwei has been outstanding and would highly recommend him. Jocelyn, his Clinic Manager is so lovely, helpful & supportive. I’m now 5 months post op and loving being able to shop for bras on the high street, wear different style clothes plus enjoying my first summer with my new swimwear.

I have never been made to be feel rushed and always been provided with opportunities to ask questions (e.g. within face to face consultations, phone/video call consultations, email).My surgery day and recovery have been very smooth. While I’ve experienced some discomfort which is to be expected, the hardest part has honestly been trying to take it easy and not be hard on myself for not being able to do all of my usual day to day tasks for a little while.My results are incredible, thank you Dr Kwei, I am extremely grateful. I am 4 weeks post op and they are already settling very nicely. Dr Kwei has delivered the exact result that I imagined - enhanced but natural and in proportion to my figure. Essentially the silhouette I used to have in a padded, push up bra but now all me. I already feel like they’ve been mine forever. The scars are also so fine, neat and well hidden in the crease that I can barely see what I’m doing trying to put the silicone tape on!If you are considering a breast augmentation or plastic surgery, book a consultation with Dr Kwei at one of his three convenient locations because I guarantee you won’t regret it. I don’t often post reviews so I don’t say this lightly.I also must sincerely thank Jocelyn, Dr Kwei’s practice manager. I've had a great experience with Dr Kwei. We had 2 consultations prior to the surgery. Both times Dr Kwei and his receptionist Jocelyn were extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Dr Kwei made me feel comfortable and confident about going forward with the procedure. He gave me a thorough explanation about the entire process inclusive of pre-op and post-op guidance, what the surgery entailed, and the risks associated with such a surgery. He showed me results of previous patients (all fantastic). He provided in-depth answers to all of my many (many) questions. There were no hidden fees - Jocelyn was extremely upfront with the financial breakdown and she has provided assistance throughout this process wherever she could. The day of the surgery I was extremely anxious, but Dr Kwei and his team were really comforting and put my mind at ease. I'm 4 weeks post-op and the results are great. I'm healing really well - the scars are already starting to heal and fade. While the healing process has been understandably uncomfortable, the pain has been surprisingly minimal. Prior to the surgery he asked what size I'd like to get down to, and while it's impossible to know exactly what size I'd end up at, Dr Kwei has gotten extremely close to my ideal!

Dr Johnny was exceptional throughout the whole process of my breast augmentation. Firstly, his drive and passion for plastic surgery is evident and this made me feel I had made the right choice. His has extensive knowledge from years of experience. Dr Johnny’s passion is his job and it showed evidently. Secondly, he built a strong relationship quickly with me as he is very bubbly and easy to chat to. I was able to ask any question and felt safe to speak with him. He built trust very quickly. Thirdly, my boobs look amazing! I love them so much! I am so thankful Dr Johnny was my doctor and would recommend him to all. He went above and beyond in all aspects of my surgery!

I have had 2 procedures with Dr Kwei and I couldnt be happier with the results. Dr Kwei is an amazing surgeon who is not only extremely skilled but caring and personable. His team is fantastic and the after care is great. I would highly recommend.

I initially had consultations with 2 different doctors - the other doctor was cheaper and had tons and tons of positive reviews, but I ultimately chose Dr Kwei because he seemed so honest, sincere and knowledgeable. The other doctor was saying yes to all 4 procedures I wanted and Dr. Kwei said I didn’t actually need 2 of them. I really appreciated that he wanted to ensure I didn’t go overboard and receive procedures I didn’t actually need. It was also obvious that he takes his time with the procedures to ensure I receive the best results. I left the consultation knowing he was the right match for me. I made the right decision. I’m extremely happy with the results and don’t believe I could have gotten better results elsewhere. His assistant Jocelyn has also been amazing since the day I booked my consultation. I felt very prepared heading into surgery. The hospital staff and anesthesiologist were all great and ensured my stay and recovery were easy. I’m lucky because I had a very easy recovery - the first 10 days or so were uncomfortable but manageable. I was able to work from home after 6 days and out and about after 10 days. I took Panadol for the first 8 days but never touched a painkiller. I was given detailed instructions for my recovery. I had to text Dr. Kwei the day after my surgery and he was responsive and helpful. Through this entire process, it has been obvious that he’s here to answer any concerns I have. I felt I was very informed from start to finish. My results are better than expected. I would strongly recommend Dr. Kwei, especially for neck and face lifts.
