This particular treatment (EmSculpt) was a series of 4 easy 30 minute sessions that were totally comfortable with zero down time. I have experienced the tightening that I had hoped for in my abdomen. I see a narrowing of my waistline and notice that my clothes are fitting better even though I have not lost a single pound. I feel a definite improvement in my core strength that I did not anticipate. My lower back does not tire as easily and I have no discomfort any more. That effect was probably the best bonus I could have asked for! This is a treatment that I understand continues to show improvement for another 8 weeks. After that, an additional treatment every few months will help maintain these results. i see that as acceptable given the improvement in the area that I have seen!
