The bracket material would adhere to the teeth and the correction could occur to get rid of the rotations in the upper arch. Hardest part is holding them in the new position after you have completed your treatment.
You may get an improvement on some parts with six month smiles but I would also get a consultation with a specialist. They may be able to provide a limited treatment plan which would get your needs met and still give you an affordable option with a better result. You only want to do it once.
You still have rotation on your upper centrals and lateral. This can be fixed but needs more time to do it correctly. Your case looks to be an improvement but treatment is incomplete. I would pursue a consultation with specialist who should be able to improve your result.
Best result is to put a composite filling in the space. You will not need to make hole larger, just fill indent and tooth will look great again. Not susceptible to caries and gives great cosmetic result.
Xray looks like you have an extra tooth present also. Cant tell on your photo if you have room for the impacted tooth. It is possible to move the teeth so that it could come in but unable to determine how your teeth would it together afterwards. But it would be worth it to get rid of the retainer with the tooth on it.
