ThermiVa usually works very well particularly for vaginal laxity. While all 3 of the options you listed will work for laxity, we prefer ThermiVa for our non-surgical option for rejuvenation due to patient acceptance (radio frequency energy easier to tolerate than laser) and excellent results. A suboptimal result may be due to lack of sufficient contact of the probe during the procedure or suboptimal temperature delivered to the tissues.
