I'm a 27 year old pretty active female, 5'1 and 115lbs. After turning 25, I realized that my breasts started losing upper pole fullness. For the past 4 years I've been wearing VS bombshell look to make me look like a 34D when I am a small 34B. I had my first and only consultation with Dr. John Larson from Finesse Plastic Surgery and booked the surgery the very next day. All I told him was that I wanted a natural tear drop, for them to look proportional and not like 2 water balloons sitting on my chest. It's been 1 month post op and I am soooooooo surprised at how soft and natural my implants look. Even my own boyfriend and coworkers were surprised at how much they fluffed and dropped for being only 1 month out. I've never had the Frankenstein boobs either coming out of surgery and I attribute this to my surgeon's skills and him choosing the appropriate size for me. I haven't gotten measured at VS yet... but I feel like I would be a full 34C/34D. I am loving how they look but there's not a day where I don't have boobie greed. I regret that I did not do my research on the sizing and the implant projection measurement prior to the surgery... if I could go back I'd probably ask for 375cc moderate plus or high profile because I wanted a more dramatic upper pole fullness. I highly recommend Dr. Larson. Amazing, exceptional, meticulous doctor with the most incredible bedside manners.
