Dr. Gonzales has a great bedside manner. He listens to your concerns and takes into account the outcome that you are seeking. Yet, he can be funny as heck too! I am so pleased with my results and with the practice overall. Thank you Dr. G!

Dr. Gonzalez really saved my confidence! My initial augmentation was done by another surgeon. Unfortunately, I had complications and decided to leave my original surgeon's care because of his dishonesty and his unwillingness to acknowledge that there was an issue. I was so depressed and had many regrets. I had wished I never decided on an augmentation. I was confident before and now I was so insecure. I was fortunate that after reaching out to Acadia Women's Health, Dr. Gonzalez was willing to take on my revision. I felt a sense of hope after my first appointment with him. It has now been two weeks since my revision and I am BEYOND happy! My breasts are so beautiful. Dr. Gonzalez is a magician in the operating room. If only you all seen my before and after! What an amazing and wonderful transformation he did for me. My only regret now is that I didn't go to him for my initial augmentation! On another note, the facility is beautiful and the nurses and desk staff are awesome! The two nurses in the operating room with me were the absolute best. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez! You restored my confidence and saved me from so many sleepless nights.

He is awesome! He was very nice, great bedside manner! Dr. Gonzalez made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions! I definitely left there feeling more confident and sure about the procedure I am getting.

I have always had smaller breasts, but perky and full. I debated implants but never really felt that I needed them until after kids. I am the classic “after breastfeeding two babies” mom that needed some confidence restored. My breasts grew several sizes during pregnancy and breastfeeding, then after I was left with lack of volume. I asked my surgeon to give me what I had at my largest, and I think he chose the implants perfectly. I like the projection, roundness, and balance of 400cc on my frame. I originally was scared because I thought maybe a moderate profile or smaller implant would be better, but I have zero stretch marks and it filled out what I had well. I still have lots of healing to go, but I’m very happy and hope to continue to update. I love reading updates that go to a year and beyond! Updated on 28 Jun 2023: Here are some pictures of my natural size postpartum before I lost the volume after breastfeeding per request. There’s a minimum character count. I’ll try to find some before pregnancy photos that show my breasts but I always wore push-up bras and it was 8 years ago! :) Updated on 28 Jun 2023: Per request, a “before kids” picture. Hard to find one without padding as I was usually wearing a padded bra or even bathing suit. I was also a marathon runner and very slim. This is lying down but does give a visual to help see the changes I went through in breast size from pregnancy/weight gain. Updated on 28 Jun 2023: Showing results at 4 weeks. Crazy to think that things will get even better with time!! Starting to feel soft and settled into a good position already. They don’t look as “high” as I see a lot of girls with my stats but I think because I had a similar size while breastfeeding made for good results. Updated on 8 Jul 2023: Boobs seemed really far apart and hard to create cleavage until softening began to happen. Can’t wait until I can wear some cute bras. Still wearing sports bra almost 24/7. Feeling good, don’t think about breast pain hardly at all except today I did have some tingling in right breast which is normal. Updated on 28 Jul 2023: Really liking the results so far, looking natural. I didn’t want a really “fake” look. They are feeling soft. Incisions well hidden. My appointments are virtual since I’ve moved since my surgery, but I still feel well cared for and Acadia women’s health is very responsive. Updated on 10 Aug 2023: Just so happy with my results, sometimes I’m in shock with how much better they make me feel about myself. They are feeling more and more natural. My new size is 34DD or 32DDD depending on the bra and tightness of the band. That was also a shock, but a happy one. Boob greed is real. Updated on 10 Nov 2023: Loving 5 months (close to 6) post op! Still not wearing underwire bras, glad I didn’t go bigger. I was worried about the space between the breast but in my opinion it looks more natural and I can now push them together for cleavage easily. Updated on 12 May 2024: I am still very happy with my results. I can see the difference in the settling now and the cleavage looks much more natural. They also feel nice to the touch, no rippling. I wanted to see my own progress after some time and I can tell you that waiting for the results makes all the difference. Thank you Dr. G!

Tickle lipo procedure , the most kind surgeon. Actually listen to my concerns, gave honest advice and told me exactly what the procedure who do. I didn’t want a Tummy tuck, or take the harsh medicine you take for general anesthesia, or afterwards. I only wanted liposuction, awake lipo. Dr G really did an amazing job. I’m 2 weeks post op, and I love my results thus far. I will continue to put in the work of exercise and healthier choices of food .

Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor. In the office, I did my consultation with Dr. Owens and I talked about what I wanted. Gonzalez delivered the results. I was a little skeptical about the size because I was not insured a size because of how things can change during surgery. But lucky I didn’t, because he knows what he is doing. I’m super happy with my results. This Procedure is something that I want forever. I only gave 4 stars and not 5, because once the surgery was completed I had to walk all the way to my sisters car in the parking lot. I would Have preferred them to walk me out of the center with a wheelchair and have my driver pick me up at the exit door. 32A before, 350/360 cc afterward.

Dr. Gonzalas is a very compassionate doctor, he is never in a rush and always listens to his patients. Most doctors these days are always in a rush to get out of the door. I’ve used Dr. Gonzalas for several procedures and don’t regret any of them.

Dr Gonzalez is absolutely amazing. He spent a lot of time with me throughout the entire process. I love my boobs!!!! Feel like a new woman. He even called me himself to check on me later that evening after surgery and gave us his personal cell phone number. My husband was in shock that he was so accessible. I’m not sure who loves Dr Gonzalez (or my boobs) more, me or my husband!!! Lol
