In 2008 my jaw disc slipped out of place. It was extremely painful. Until I could have surgery with an oral surgeon Dr.Calvert took care of me. He made a bite splint to stablize my jaw. I went in multiple times for him to adjust the splint until surgery. Dr.Calvert and his team made sure I was comfortable and I had alot of TLC. After surgury Dr.Calvert did all my post op and was remarkable. He made sure my jaw healed properly and to this day I havent had any trouble with my jaw. I have had crowns done that are so beautiful and natural looking. Dr. Calvert sees my kids for fillings, crowns, bite splints for head aches and ginding in their sleep and now sees my grandkids too!! Dr. Calvert is a Christian who cares about his patients. He is a great listener and takes care of all your concerns. I will always have him as my dentist and I refer him to everyone I know. He is amazing!

Of course I cannot give you a definitive answer with the two photos provided, however, having done a great deal of Invisalign, I think you would be a great candidate for Invisalign.
A diagnostic wax-up is where models of your teeth are re-shaped with white wax, usually by a lab to precisely shape and design your crowns so you and the dentist can see what the result will be and it meets all requirements before the teeth are prepped. The wax-up can be used to fabricate provisional crowns and even be a template for the final crowns. This is the technique I always use when doing several crowns or a complete make-over. Good luck.
As I look at your teeth and the existing braces, the honest truth is that the brackets on the front two central incisors need to be repositioned to make the teeth straight. They are tilted because the brackets that hold the wire are not placed correctly. You should be able to have your orthodontist do this to complete your case correctly without any additional cost to you. After your teeth are more vertically straight, the incisal edges may need to be slightly contoured, but should look great. I would not do veneers on such nice teeth. Good luck.
The "6 month braces" that many dentists do will only work in the right situations. I would either have the original dentist that did the braces complete the work that you asked for or go to another dentist that is well trained in Invisalign to give you the proper result. You have very nice teeth so I would not do any permanent altering to your teeth with bonding or veneers. Your best choice is always to keep your teeth as natural as possible if they are esthetically nice looking. Good luck.
That is a long span for a bridge and expecting it to have many years of service without problems. The canine would be a strong abutment but the wisdom tooth can be questionable. The biggest problem is the span all functioning off of two teeth. A better option would be 4 implants or in finances are an issue; a 4 unit bridge with 2 implants and two pontics in between. Good luck.
