* I am slender build, 124 pounds, and 5'4 * I originally went in to Dr. Kayal's office I believe in October 2017 for a correction of "dog ears" created by tummy tuck I had years ago done by another provider. He fixed my dog ears that day for $750 and then recommended a procedure called Viora that would tighten up the minimal loose skin that I had on my stomach and suture area from getting pregnant after my initial tummy tuck. I purchased a package of 8 treatments for over $2000 and did my first treatment that day (steering clear of my new sutures). The first treatments were done once a week with the last couple of treatments performed once every two weeks. One treatment was prolonged because the scheduler never responded back to me and I had to call to see what was going on. I am completely LIVID that I wasted my money. No results whatsoever. My stomach looks the EXACT same. Before pictures were not even taken. Not sure how many times this was performed on African American skin tones. Nicole was the esthetician doing the Viora treatments on me. She and Dr. Kayal were nice but I was definitely given false hopes even after I voiced my concerns.
Not told how painful it would be. Was given nitruous oxide after procedure began (extra $59). Boogers&tears shoulders&feet pulled up and PA asked, "You okay?" PA had more important things to do. NEVER AGAIN!
Last month I asked to get filler for my cleft chin. I specifically said "cleft chin." The doctor said that I needed botulinum toxin , not filler, so he gave me that instead. The appearance of the cleft chin never changed. I researched it after the appointment and every cosmetic specialist said that a cleft chin can only be fixed with filler. When I went to the follow-up consultation, they acknowledged that I need filler, but said I would have to pay hundreds of dollars for an entire syringe (in addition to the unnecessary injection which was hundreds of dollars). I shouldn't have to pay for another syringe if he gave me the wrong injection the first time... At the follow-up consultation he admitted that he DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT A CLEFT CHIN WAS, but decided to inject me anyways. His inept office ignored me for months.
Dr Kayal is very unprofessional. I went for tattoo removal on my neck and the Dr did surgery for the removal, leaving me with a terrible scar on my neck very visible and even left extra skin at the end of the suture. I even called him before the surgery because I decided to do a little more research on the procedure because it clearly says to not do it in visible areas because you will always have a scar and when I called him a few days before surgery he assured me that the scar would not be noticeable and convinced me to come for the procedure. Also he is terrible with fillers, his work is very inconsistent. His performance is VERY VERY SLOPPY AND POOR. He does not take the time to speak to you about the real issues with your skin.
