Just got the Miradry procedure done yesterday. Everything went extremely smooth and painless. Both the nurse and the nurse practitioner were informative, gentle and extremely accommodating. I felt one shot on each armpit and then felt nothing after that. I have a little bruising and swelling but it's normal and I feel pretty good. The medication they prescribed really helps and I am definitely icing as much as possible as they recommended. A+++
I was looking for a treatment that would help control my sweat and odor. I was considering Botox treatments but after doing the math it would come out costly since its something that's has to be done repeatably. Plus I could not imagine how all the injections would feel in the armpit area. I saw a bill board advertising MiraDry and decided to call. After a consult and meeting the staff at Texas Dermatology and Laser Specialist, I was sold on MiraDry. The procedure was a everything they explained at my consult. Local anesthetic, then felt very little suction as the treatment was being done. Actually felt so comfortable, I wanted to take a nap. The Doctors and staff at TDLS were very informative and explained what need to be done on my part before and after the treatment. I would highly recommend MiraDry and Texas Dermatology.
I was thinking about getting a mid face lift. I just found my face to have lost a lot of volume and sagging. I have had many different types of injections, but am finding keeping up with the maintenance difficult in my busy life. I read up on Bellafill and decided to get it done. I went to see Dr John Browning and had Tanya, the PA inject my cheeks and tear toughs. I absolutley love it. I have had so many people tell me that I look refreshed and happy. I love this filler and Tanya is such a great injector.
The laser will not penetrate deep enough to interact with the metal rod. A diode laser will only penetrate to the depth of the hair follicles.
Yes, you can return for a second treatment after two days. But be sure to discuss your concerns with your aesthitician so that you can get the best results possible.
It's likely that you have developed papulopustular rosacea. The doxycycline is very helpful.
In rare cases a 4th treatment will take care of any remaining sweating. It is not dangerous to undergo an additional treatment as this will take care of any remaining sweat glands. Be sure to wait at least 90 days after your last treatment though, as time sometimes is all that is needed.
